How tuition (colegiaturas) is charged — per term / per year
- Preescolar, Primaria and Secundaria: 11 parcialidades por ciclo (pagos mensuales de septiembre a julio); each parcialidad uses the listed “colegiatura” amount.
- Preparatoria: 10 parcialidades por ciclo (pagos de septiembre a junio); each parcialidad uses the listed “colegiatura” amount.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly / parcialidad payments are due within the first ten (10) natural days of each month; if the 10th is not a working day for the school, payment is due the immediately preceding business day.
- Annual payment option: an annual prepayment of colegiaturas is accepted with a 5% discount if the annual payment is made before the deadline stated by the school for that cycle.
- Inscription payment deferral: inscription/reinscription may be split into the school's published installment schedule when applicable (example: staged payments for inscription).
- Late / returned-payment consequences: nonpayment of three colegiaturas authorizes suspension of the educational service; returned cheques incur an administrative charge (documented percentage for returned cheques).
Boarding / residential provision
- No boarding program is listed for the Metepec campus; the campus provides day-school services and optional extended-hours care (estancia de horario extendido) for preescolar and primaria.
Other mandatory and optional fees / additional costs
- School accident insurance: included in the inscription fee; covers incidents on campus and carries an indicated deductible.

- Optional extracurricular activities, special courses, field trips and sports practices have separate charges and are billed when organized; costs vary by activity.
Refund and cancellation rules for inscription / reinscription
- Full refund (100%) of inscription/reinscription if written cancellation is submitted at least sixty (60) calendar days before the start of the school year.
- Fifty percent (50%) refund if cancellation is submitted at least thirty (30) calendar days before the start of the school year.
- No refund after the 30-calendar-day cutoff or after the school year has started; the same rule applies to withdrawal once classes have begun. Presentation of the original payment receipt is required for any refund request.
Payment methods accepted
- In-person at the school cashier (no cash accepted): payment by personal or cashier's cheque; debit or credit card (American Express excluded).
- Online payment portal (Algebraix / NCNet) with debit or credit card (American Express excluded) and electronic invoicing available through the school's parent portal.
- Bank deposit / payment at bank branch (reference-based deposit) is supported as indicated by the administration.
Discounts and scholarships (summary)
- Sibling discount on inscription: families with two or more children enrolled may receive a discount on the inscription of the younger sibling(s) as published by the school; internal scholarship rules and official scholarships (SEIEM / DGB) have their own conditions and cannot be combined in all cases.
