Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school year runs from August through June and yearly tuition is divided into three trimesters: Trimester 1 (August–November), Trimester 2 (December–March), and Trimester 3 (April–June). Invoices are issued on a trimester basis.
- New students enrolling at the start of the academic year receive a first-trimester invoice that includes the non-refundable registration fee and the refundable security deposit; this invoice must be settled by the stated due date (the first-trimester invoice deadline is indicated in the school's billing communications).
- The school distinguishes between self-funded parents and company-funded parents; company-funded invoices can be issued directly to an employer when the employer covers tuition.
- The school states that tuition fees will be adjusted annually on an index-linked basis and that fees and conditions are subject to change; timely payment is required to guarantee a student's place.
Boarding fees
- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed in the published fee materials; boarding is not applicable.
Other costs and fees (included and excluded)
- Items explicitly included within the per-student tuition: student study materials, a one-time tablet upon registration (not applicable to half-day Nursery), stationery, field trips within the Netherlands, extra-curricular activities (ECA), class year-end photographs, specialist/cutting-edge subjects, and EAL support where applicable.
- Items explicitly excluded from the standard tuition and billed separately: swimming (when applicable), transportation/bus services (where applicable), overseas field trips (OFT — billed separately on the basis of accommodation, transport and food), parent tickets/charges for Year End Concert/Founders Day, and certain specialist therapies or intensive support (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychological services) where those services are required. Transportation for half-day Nursery students is not provided.
- Field trips within the Netherlands are included in tuition; overseas trips and any accompanying parent costs are invoiced separately.
Refund and withdrawal rules
- Absence or mandated school closures (for any reason, including public-health events) do not entitle parents to a refund or rebate of tuition.
- Withdrawal notice and payment consequences:
- If a student is to discontinue after Trimester 1 (after 30 November), parents must inform the school by 1 September and pay full tuition for Trimester 1.
- If discontinuing after Trimester 2 (after 31 March), parents must inform the school by 1 December and pay full tuition for Trimester 2.
- If discontinuing after Trimester 3 (after 30 June), parents must inform the school by 1 April and pay full tuition for Trimester 3.
- If notice deadlines are not met, the next Trimester's tuition fee is due in full; if parents withdraw after the stated dates, no refund will be given for the following term's tuition and the security deposit may be forfeited.
- Security-deposit refund conditions and timing: the security deposit is refundable only if withdrawal notice requirements are met, all fees and extras are paid, and all invoiced sibling amounts are cleared. When refundable, the deposit will be returned to the bank account used for the original payment within eight weeks after the student's last day. The deposit cannot be offset against tuition. Refunds are processed to the originating bank account.
- If the school requires removal of a student for serious policy violations, no refund of any portion of the total fees for the academic year will be considered.
Fee payment options and invoicing
- The school issues invoices for tuition and additional charges; company-funded parents may be invoiced directly to their employers. Refunds are made to the bank account used for the original payment. Payment is handled via the school's invoicing process.
