Application fee
- Initial application fee: EUR 790. This fee is charged for every applicant and is non-refundable.
Tuition fees (current academic year: 2025–2026)
- IB Primary Years Programme (ages 4–11): EUR 7,890 per year.
- IB Middle Years Programme (ages 11–16): EUR 11,675 per year.
- IB Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme (day students, ages 16–19): EUR 12,090 per year.
Per-term and per-month breakdown (invoice total may be paid in 1, 3 or 10 instalments; amounts shown are exact divisions):
- Primary (EUR 7,890 per year):
- Per term (3 equal instalments): EUR 2,630.00 each.
- Per month (10 equal instalments): EUR 789.00 each.
- Middle Years Programme (EUR 11,675 per year):
- Per term (3 equal instalments): EUR 3,891.67 each.
- Per month (10 equal instalments): EUR 1,167.50 each.
- Diploma / Career-related (EUR 12,090 per year):
- Per term (3 equal instalments): EUR 4,030.00 each.
- Per month (10 equal instalments): EUR 1,209.00 each.
Boarding / Residential fees (applicability)
- For the 2025–2026 academic year there is no residential programme fee listed for students; boarding is not applicable as a paid programme in the 2025–2026 fees schedule.
Other fees and charges
- Down payment (upon acceptance): EUR 660 per student. The down payment is deducted from the school fees invoice and must be paid upon acceptance or by 1 May to guarantee the place. For new students the down payment is non-refundable if the family chooses not to enrol after the offer.
- Returnable security deposit (for MYP, CP and DP students): EUR 600 (one-time). This deposit is refundable on deregistration provided all school property and library books are returned in good order; the cost of any unreturned items will be deducted from the deposit.
- CP2 and DP2 exam fee: EUR 850 (this covers exam administration and postage/handling). This fee is invoiced separately to relevant students.
- Potential additional charges: replacement cost for lost or damaged school books or property (deducted from deposit), and any extra-curricular optional activities or off-campus trips which are charged separately as required.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoicing: An invoice is issued for the school fee and for any additional charges. Payment can be made in one lump sum, three instalments or ten instalments.
- One instalment option: Pay the full annual invoice by 15 August (for full-year attendance) to receive a 4% discount (applies only to families paying the full year in one instalment).
- Three-instalment option (invoice divided into three equal instalments): payment due dates are 1 September, 1 December and 1 March.
- Ten-instalment option (invoice divided into ten equal instalments): payment due dates are 1 September through 1 June (monthly).
- Entering after the school year begins: fees are charged pro rata according to a fixed monthly percentage scale (e.g., September 100%, October 90%, November 80%, December 70%, January 60%, February 50%, March 40%, April/May 30%, June 20%).
Withdrawal and refund rules
- De-registration procedure: A completed De-registration/Withdrawal form is required at least one month prior to the pupil's final day of attendance; parents should contact the Admissions team to access this process.
- Withdrawal during the school year (portion of fees payable): if a student withdraws or is a no-show, a portion of the school fee is invoiced according to a withdrawal schedule. For example (2025–2026 schedule): July–December 50%; January 60%; February 70%; March 80%; April 90%; May 100%; June 100%. - Down payment and enrolment: the down payment is deducted from the invoice but is non-refundable for new students who decide not to enrol after the offer and after the payment has been received.
- Security deposit refund: the security deposit for secondary students is refundable on deregistration after all school property and books have been returned; the school will deduct the cost of any missing or damaged items from the deposit.
Failure to pay and consequences
- If payment is not received by the agreed term, a courtesy reminder will be issued. If payment remains outstanding 14 days after the reminder, the school may refer the debt to a collection agency; additional collection costs will be charged to the debtor. Pending resolution of unpaid fees, participation in lessons may be restricted and academic records (transcripts, certificates, diplomas) may be withheld. Legal proceedings are possible and Dutch law governs disputes.
