The facilities for Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt's operation and the land (approximately twenty-three acres) are owned by the Instituto Educacional Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The Board of Directors (also known as the Board of Trustees) directs the affairs of the school in accordance with the bylaws of the Instituto; the Board is fully responsible for legal, educational, administrative, and fiscal aspects of the School. The Roosevelt curriculum combines a U.S.-based, college‑preparatory program taught in English with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.
