Application / Right to Apply
- A non‑refundable application fee (Derecho de postulación) is charged per candidate: S/ 100.00 for Initial (3–5 years) and First Grade; S/ 200.00 for Second Grade and above.
Document‑processing and other minor administrative charges
- Certificado de estudios: S/ 50.00.
- Constancia de no adeudo: S/ 20.00.
- Constancias (½, ⅓ o ⅕ superior) y otras constancias: S/ 20.00.
- Constancia de matrícula: S/ 20.00.
- Documentos de recomendación: S/ 50.00.
- Examen de recuperación: S/ 60.00.
- Cuaderno de comunicados, duplicados de boletas o de informe de progreso: S/ 20.00 cada uno.
- El primer certificado de estudios de Sexto de Primaria y Quinto de Secundaria se entrega gratuitamente si se solicita entre enero y marzo del año siguiente y no existe deuda con el colegio.
Enrollment fee (Matrícula)
- Matrícula 2026 (pago anual único):
- Inicial: S/ 1,250.00.
- Primaria: S/ 1,300.00.
- Secundaria: S/ 1,320.00.
- La matrícula se paga una vez al año; la fecha límite para la matrícula del 2026 es los primeros días de enero. La matrícula no es reembolsable.
Tuition / Monthly pension (Pensión mensual) — billing by month and annual totals
- Billing structure: Ten (10) monthly pension payments are charged per year, covering March through December. The school bills by monthly pension rather than by term.
- 2026 pension amounts (monthly) and equivalent for the 10‑payment year:
- Inicial: S/ 1,250.00 per month — Annual total (10 payments): S/ 12,500.00.
- Primaria: S/ 1,300.00 per month — Annual total (10 payments): S/ 13,000.00.
- Secundaria: S/ 1,320.00 per month — Annual total (10 payments): S/ 13,200.00.
- What the monthly pension includes: basic classroom study materials, access to virtual learning platforms with complementary material, regular classes and workshops within school hours, and school accident insurance. Additional materials for special projects or home use remain the family's responsibility.
Entrance fee (Cuota de ingreso) — one‑time entrance payment by grade
- The entrance fee may be paid in full or in partial installments; an initial installment is normally due in the first week of December of the preceding year (2026 guidance notes an initial installment of US$ 210) and the first installment after offer must be paid within the period indicated when a vacancy is granted (maximum 5 days).
- Entrance fee schedule (amounts shown for 2025 and 2026):
- Ingreso a Primero de Primaria — 2025: US$ 2,200; 2026: US$ 2,310.
- Ingreso a Segundo de Primaria — 2025: US$ 2,000; 2026: US$ 2,100.
- Ingreso a Tercer de Primaria — 2025: US$ 1,800; 2026: US$ 1,890.
- Ingreso a Cuarto de Primaria — 2025: US$ 1,600; 2026: US$ 1,680.
- Ingreso a Quinto de Primaria — 2025: US$ 1,400; 2026: US$ 1,470.
- Ingreso a Sexto de Primaria — 2025: US$ 1,200; 2026: US$ 1,260.
- Ingreso a Primero de Secundaria — 2025: US$ 1,000; 2026: US$ 1,050.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment timing:
- Matrícula: annual payment; deadline early January (for 2026). La matrícula no es reembolsable.
- Pensiones: ten monthly payments due March–December. The pension must be paid up to the first business day of the following month (or voluntarily during the month when the service is provided); December pension is paid in the first half of December.
- Late payment: a daily late interest (mora) is applied at a rate of 0.012% per day on overdue pension payments.
Payment methods and channels
- Application fee (Derecho de postulación): payments are accepted at Caja Municipal Cusco, via the Interbank app, and by transfer from other banks (activation required by request).
- Entrance fee, matrícula and monthly pensions: can be paid at Caja Municipal Cusco and its agents, or via Pago Efectivo (a payments gateway that connects with major Peruvian banks including BCP, Interbank, BBVA, Scotiabank, among others).
Optional services and additional costs
- Transport: A school transport service is available on optional routes; transport is charged separately to families and a selection of routes is offered. Specific route fees and enrollment conditions are provided directly by the transport service.
- Uniforms: Uniform use is mandatory from Initial through the first year of the Diploma; uniforms are unisex and sold through designated suppliers (prices vary by provider). Families arrange purchases with the listed suppliers.
- School food / kiosco: An on‑site healthy kiosk provides paid food options; the kiosk supplier bills families directly for purchases.
- Examination, academic‑service or document fees beyond pension and matrícula are charged as listed under administrative fees (see Document‑processing charges above).
Boarding / Residential provision
- No boarding or residential (internado) programme is listed among the school's services; there are no boarding fees. The school operates as a day school with optional services such as transport and school food.
Refunds and non‑refundability
- The application fee (Derecho de postulación) is non‑refundable.
- The matrícula (enrolment fee) is non‑refundable.
- Other fees (entrance fee, monthly pensions, transport, uniforms, document fees) are subject to the school's payment and administrative rules and timing; specific refund provisions for those items are not listed in the school's general tariff information.
