Morning snack (Grades 1–6) — EUR 45 per month or EUR 2.30 per day. A canteen service fee applies for students who bring lunch from home: EUR 27 for the first child; EUR 24 for each subsequent child.
- Prolongamento (after‑school care): A late‑stay charge is applied for stays beyond permitted hours (example rules show a tolerance and a charge of EUR 3 for the first half hour or fraction and EUR 5 for subsequent half‑hours; these are billed at month end).
- Extracurricular activities: Fees are charged separately and must be paid within the same deadlines as tuition; semester enrolment may require payment for the full semester even if a student withdraws.
- School insurance: School insurance is mandatory and is included in the registration fee.
- School uniform: Uniform requirements and purchasing information are published separately; the uniform cost is not included in the tuition figures above.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment timing: Monthly payments must be available in the school's account by the 8th day of the month to which they relate. Annual tuition paid in a single payment receives a reduction of 1.5% if settled by 8 September.
- Instalment counts: The monthly amounts shown above are derived by dividing the annual tuition by the stated number of instalments (for example 10x, 11x or 12x depending on the cycle).
- Late payment penalties: Late payments incur penalties: 10% on late payments and a recurring‑late penalty of 15% for repeated late payment in the same school year, consistent with the school's internal regulations.
- Sibling discounts: Discounts on tuition when more than one sibling attends — 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 15%; 4th child and subsequent 20% (applied to the monthly fee).
Refund and withdrawal rules
- Registration fee: The registration (matrícula) fee is non‑refundable.
- Tuition and payments already made: Amounts already paid up to the point of withdrawal are not refundable. If a family withdraws a student, the parent/guardian remains responsible for paying the tuition for the month in progress and any extracurricular activities in which the student is enrolled; extracurriculars paid per semester remain payable for that semester even after withdrawal. No reductions are given for non‑attendance of contracted services.
Boarding / Internato
- No boarding (internato) programme or boarding fees are listed among the programmes and fee schedules for the school's 2025/2026 published programme and fees documents; all published programmes are day‑school formats (Portuguese VOAR, International CLONLARA, Homeschooling).
Fee payment destination and timing requirement
- Funds requirement: All payments must be made so that the amounts are available in the school's account by the due dates (monthly payments available by the 8th of the relevant month). The school's administrative rules reference availability in the CSJ account as the timing requirement for payments. (Specific bank account details or payment reference instructions are provided to families at registration and on billing documents.)
