Billing schedule and payment terms
- Accepted payment plans: one full payment (qualifies for a 5% discount if paid by the stated deadline), two semester payments (50% / 50%), or four quarterly payments (25% each) with specified due dates. Specific due dates are applied to each plan.
- Payment currency and rate: tuition is collected in RUB; foreign-currency items (for example, AP class charges) are converted using the bank rate specified by the school at time of payment.
- Consequence of overdue payment: the school may refuse to continue providing services when payment obligations are overdue by more than 30 calendar days; contractual provisions require timely payment and settlement of amounts for services already provided.

Boarding / Accommodation
- Boarding is not offered; the school operates as a day school with full-day schedules. Parents should not expect on-campus boarding or meal service to be included in tuition.

Other costs and optional fees
- Additional Services (charged separately):
- NILD educational therapy (Grades 3–12): 51,000 RUB.
- Advanced Placement (AP) classes: USD 900 per AP class, collected in RUB at the bank conversion rate on the day of payment.
- Technology, registration/enrollment and additional-services components are represented within the fixed Fees amount (85,000 RUB) that is applied to each student's assessment. These components fund technology subscriptions/hardware, student-record processing, and additional program opportunities (ELL, Russian program, Korean program, elective activities).
- Library access for non-enrolled members: an annual family library account is available for community users at 5,000 RUB per family per year; a refundable deposit for lost or damaged library materials is cited at 3,000 RUB. These are separate from tuition.
- Lunch: on-campus lunch preparation is not provided and is not included in tuition. Parents are responsible for students' meals.
- Uniforms and standard-program incidentals: there are no mandatory additional charges listed for the school's standard academic program; optional activities and specialized services (sports teams, fine arts programs, therapy) carry separate fees when selected.

Refunds and contract termination
- If a contract is terminated early by the parent/guardian, payment obligations for services and costs actually provided up to the termination date must be settled; termination provisions require payment for services already rendered and for costs incurred to that point. The school may terminate or refuse renewal of the contract for reasons set out in the contract (for example, non-payment or repeated breaches).

Fee payment methods
- Bank transfer in RUB to the school's account is specified as a method of payment; payments are made in ruble equivalent per the applicable exchange-rate rules noted in the contract. AP-class fees are collected in RUB at the bank conversion rate on the payment day. Specific account details and payment instructions are provided to families in contract documents and billing statements.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The school has a Learning Support Center (LSC) that helps students who are struggling academically. It provides educational testing, guided study halls, tutoring, accommodations/modifications, and educational therapy. Parents and teachers refer students to the LSC, and an educational evaluation is scheduled. The LSC Coordinator meets with the parents and teachers to determine if the student would benefit from LSC services. Services may include guided study halls, tutoring, accommodations and modifications via an IEP, and Educational Therapy (NILD Educational Therapy).

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

ESL program serves non-native English speakers. ESL classes are held four times a week, focusing on reading, speaking, listening, writing, grammar, and academic vocabulary. Classes are small, enabling individualized attention and a safe place to learn and practice English. Students needing additional support may be pulled for individualized instruction. An English proficiency assessment is conducted prior to admission; the program is tailored to the individual language needs of students wherever possible.

Admissions

A visit provides an opportunity to learn about the school community and facilities. The school provides total English immersion using a North American curriculum. 2) Complete Online Application. Fill out the Online Application or contact admissions@hinksonca.net, and the admissions team will guide you through the application process. You can learn more about the program during this process. 3) Age eligibility by September 1. Admissions require that students meet the minimum age for their grade by September 1. Kindergarten is 5 years old by September 1; 1st grade is 6 years old by September 1; 2nd grade is 7; 3rd grade is 8; 4th grade is 9; 5th grade is 10; 6th grade is 11; 7th grade is 12; 8th grade is 13; 9th grade is 14; 10th grade is 15; and 11th grade is 16. Students beginning 12th grade should contact the admissions office for enrollment specifics. 4) Non-discrimination and capacity. Hinkson Christian Academy welcomes students of every race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students. It does not discriminate in admissions or scholarship programs, but has limited capacity for students with severe learning difficulties, severe physical limitations, severe behavioral disorders, or records of discipline. Students with a formal IEP or IAP may consult with the school's president or a grade-level principal to determine if HCA can offer instruction and support.
