Application / Registration fee
- Registration (one-time) fee for new students: SAR 2,500.
Tuition fees (per grade / per term)
- Fees are published by educational track and by grade; each entry below shows the annual fee and the per-semester amount (where the branch charges two equal semester payments). Amounts are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Quran-memorization track (example primary grade): SAR 15,000 per year — SAR 7,500 per semester.
- International (global) track — Girls, selected grades (examples):
- KG2: SAR 14,500 per year — SAR 7,250 per semester.
- First year of primary (Grade 1): SAR 19,500 per year — SAR 9,750 per semester.
- National (Saudi) track — Girls, selected grades (examples):
- KG2: SAR 11,000 per year — SAR 5,500 per semester.
- The branch uses an identical full-year / first-semester / second-semester billing format across grades (annual fee and two equal semester amounts). Specific per-grade values vary by track (national / international / Quran / other) and by gender/section; the branch's tuition schedule shows each grade's annual and semester amounts.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed by semester (two equal installments) or as the full annual amount, according to the published schedule for the branch; semester amounts match half the published annual fee.
- A sibling discount applies: 10% off the net tuition for the second child and each subsequent child for each semester, provided there is no late payment of the semester fees for any students before the end of the second week of the semester.
- Value-Added Tax (VAT): a 15% VAT is added to fees for students holding non‑Saudi ID, where indicated.
- Late or non-payment may affect registration or continuation of the student; parents are required to settle fees by the published deadlines each semester.
Transport / school bus fees
- Transport service is charged per semester or for the full year (separate prices for round-trip and one-way). The branch's policy states that transport fees become non‑refundable for a semester once one week has passed from the student's first day on the bus; a student is not considered a bus subscriber until the full transport service fee is paid.
- Transport fees are shown as separate optional charges in the branch fee schedule. (Example amounts vary by branch and route.)
Boarding fees
- Boarding services are not offered at the Abha branch; there are no boarding fees for this branch.
Other costs and charges
- School uniform: each student receives a set number of complimentary uniform items as a school grant; additional uniform items are charged at published prices (examples from the branch's published schedule: extra uniform items priced at SAR 150–200 depending on the item and the student's phase). The free uniform is a school grant and its monetary value is not refundable if a parent chooses to source uniforms externally.
- Exam fees, books, activities, and other ancillary charges are listed separately in the branch fee schedule where applicable and are charged in addition to tuition.
Refund information
- Transport fees: non‑refundable for a semester after one week from the student's first day using the bus.
- Uniform grant: the complimentary uniform allocation is a grant; the branch does not reimburse its cash value if a parent opts to obtain uniforms from outside suppliers.
- Other refunds (for early withdrawal, pro‑rata returns, or exceptional cases) follow the branch's accounting and admissions policies as published in the branch fee schedule and admissions agreement; parents are required to follow the published procedures and deadlines to request any refund or adjustment.
Fee payment options
- The school accepts electronic payments through the national SADAD payment system and other bank channels (ATM, online banking, mobile banking), using the school's published invoice/payment codes.
- Online payment via the school's fees/parent portal is supported; payment confirmations and electronic receipts are issued after settlement. Parents may also obtain official paper receipts on request through the school accounting office.
Notes for parents (procedural items stated as facts)
- Fees are differentiated by academic track (national, international, Quran memorization, etc.) and by grade; check the branch's published schedule to confirm the exact annual and semester amounts for the student's intended grade and track.
- Sibling discounts, VAT treatment, transport non‑refund rules, and uniform grant rules apply as stated above.
