Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition figures are quoted as annual fees in euros. A 5% discount is available for payment made in full at the beginning of the school year. A 10% family discount applies to each additional child from the same family; an additional 5% employer/embassy-related discount for each additional child may apply in specific circumstances. The school requires the one‑month deposit on enrolment described above.
- The published materials do not present a standard published term-by-term breakdown or a fixed instalment schedule for tuition; families are offered the full-payment discount noted above.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day programme for the listed age groups; no boarding provision or boarding fees are published.
Other costs and optional charges
- Kindergarten meals (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack), fruit and tea are included in the kindergarten fee. Meals (snacks and hot lunches) for Grades 1–10 are available for an additional fee. Students' books, photocopies, stationery and accident insurance are covered within the school fee; for students in grades 1–10 the fee also covers tickets for performances, excursions (transport and entrance) and extracurricular activities.
- No separate published charge for school uniform is provided in the publicly available fee materials. (Uniform costs are not listed in the published fee schedule.)
Refunds and withdrawal
- The enrolment deposit (one month's fee) is returned at the end of the school year or is applied as the final month's installment; it may be retained to cover lost or destroyed books, unpaid food bills or damage to school property.
- Withdrawal rules in the school's enrolment policy state that if a student is withdrawn in May or June, parents remain liable for the full school fee for the year.
Fee payment options
- The published materials list the full-payment discount and require the enrolment deposit, but they do not publish detailed accepted payment methods (for example: specific bank transfer details, credit card acceptance or other payment channels) in the publicly available fee documents. Families should discuss payment arrangements with the school's accounting office.
Notes on available information
- The figures above are taken from the school's published fee schedule and accompanying admissions/enrolment documents. Some operational details commonly requested by families — such as a standard termly instalment schedule, explicit list of accepted payment methods and any separate uniform charges — are not published in the available fee documents and require direct confirmation from the school's accounting or admissions office.
