- Re‑enrollment deposit (returning students): 5% of tuition; this deposit is non‑refundable and must be paid by the deposit due date. New students must pay tuition and fees within five business days of acceptance or prior to the first day of classes. Tuition is accepted by bank transfer only (cash and credit card are not accepted). Personal virtual account details are issued per student and used for payments.
- Payment options:
- Option 1 — Payment in Full (no installment service charge): deposit 5% by the deposit due date; remaining 95% due on the full‑payment due date. Example deadlines and proportions are shown on the school billing schedule.
- Option 2 — Installment Payment (5% service charge applies): deposit 5% by the deposit due date, then two equal payments (50% + 50%) at the two scheduled due dates.
- Example amounts by division showing the deposit and the scheduled payment amounts (all amounts in KRW):
- Early Childhood Center (Tuition KRW 22,300,000): deposit KRW 1,115,000; Payment in Full balance KRW 21,185,000 due on the full‑payment date; Installment plan payments: KRW 11,150,000 + KRW 11,150,000.

- Key scheduling rules (dates shown on billing schedule): deposit due by the deposit deadline; full‑payment due date is the date specified on the billing schedule; installment dates split the remaining balance into two scheduled payments. Tuition paid for students accepted prior to the school's cutoff date will be charged for the full school year. Tuition payments are handled to the personal virtual account assigned to each student.
Boarding / Residence Fees
- Residence fee for Grades 5–12 is KRW 4,100,000 per semester. Residence fees are billed 50% and 50% on the two scheduled due dates (KRW 4,100,000 + KRW 4,100,000 = KRW 8,200,000 per year when both semesters are taken). Residence fee for new students must be paid within five business days after acceptance or prior to the first day of classes; late entry residence fees are pro‑rated based on remaining school days.
Other mandatory and optional costs
- Mandatory / recurring:
- Lunch (cafeteria): KRW 6,600 per meal for Kindergarten–Grade 5; KRW 7,100 per meal for Grades 6–12. Payment arrangements are through the cafeteria.
- Senior fee (Grade 12): KRW 500,000 (non‑refundable).
- Optional:
- School bus (round‑trip only): KRW 1,300,000 per semester (semesters billed separately); this is presented as a semester amount and therefore would total KRW 2,600,000 if both semesters are used. The school's bus refund policy and route/pricing details are set out in the school bus information.
- Uniform purchases are provided through the school's Lands' End quicklink and are paid to the vendor; costs vary by item and are not shown on the tuition schedule.
Refund information and early‑withdrawal policy
- Re‑enrollment deposit is non‑refundable. Application fee, entrance fee, and senior fee are non‑refundable. Tuition refunds follow a date‑based schedule that reduces refundable amounts as the school year progresses; early withdrawal refunds are calculated according to the school's published refund schedule and apply to both voluntary and involuntary withdrawals. Refunds must be requested using the school's refund request form within two weeks of the student's last day of attendance. Refunds are normally issued in Korean Won and are wire‑transferred to the parent or authorized representative. In the event of force majeure (for example war, civil unrest, labor unrest, extreme weather), tuition and fees already paid for the school year will not be refunded. Specific refund percentage steps and date ranges are published on the school billing schedule.
- Representative refund percentage schedule (applies to tuition and varies by payment method):
- Earliest withdrawal period shown on the schedule: 100% refund of the paid tuition (subject to the rule excluding non‑refundable deposit amounts).
- Subsequent date windows reduce refund entitlement (example steps shown as 75%, 50%, 25%, then 0% as the year progresses). The school publishes exact date ranges and the corresponding refundable percentages and example KRW amounts on the billing schedule.
Fee payment options and account details
- Accepted payment method for tuition and fees: bank transfer to the individual student personal virtual account assigned by the school. Cash and credit card payments are not accepted for tuition. Personal virtual account details are activated on acceptance and remain valid through graduation. Refunds are normally wired in Korean Won to parents or authorized representatives.
Notes on non‑refundable items and service charges
- Application fee, entrance fee, senior fee, and the re‑enrollment deposit are non‑refundable. The installment payment plan carries a service charge of 5% of tuition. Residence fee refunds (for mid‑year departures) are calculated on a pro‑rated basis by school days.
