- Preferred method of payment: direct debit. If paying termly, payment must be received by the first day of each term as printed on the invoice.
- A late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be levied on overdue account balances.
- Fees are calculated annually; no pro‑rata discount is given for shorter terms or absences.
- To withdraw a pupil (other than at the normal leaving date in Year 13), one term's written notice must be given or one term's fees must be paid in lieu of notice.
- Fees can be paid in advance with a small discount; arrangements are handled by the Director of Finance.
