Tuition billed per term / payment scheduling

New FACTS accounts require selection of method of payment (bank draft or credit card) and a payment date when enrolling in the plan. Under these plans, the annual tuition is divided into equal installments across the chosen schedule (one-third per installment for a three-semester plan; one-tenth per installment for a ten-month plan).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing and payment may be handled through FACTS Tuition Management using bank draft (ACH) or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). Families may also explore loan options through local banks.
- Late payment terms: a late charge of 1½% per month (18% per annum) is applied to unpaid balances and delinquent tuition amounts.
- Tuition refund insurance is offered as an optional plan that, if purchased, helps ensure continuation or reimbursement of tuition payments in the event a student withdraws during the academic year.
