Extracurricular / optional lesson fees and other recurring extras
- Music extracurricular lessons: UZS 185,000 per academic hour.
- Costs for trips, residential visits and other activities are charged in addition to tuition and will be notified when arranged.
Discounts and allowances
- Annual payment discount: 4.5% discount on the annual tuition total if the annual fees are paid in advance before 17 October 2025. (Advance‑payment discount shown in the fee table.)
- Sibling discount: The third child and any additional children enrolled receive a 10% discount on tuition fees.
- Corporate discount: available for employees of organisations with multiple children enrolled (terms apply).
- Referral discount: U.S. $200 discount on tuition fees for a successful referral.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is presented as term‑by‑term amounts (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3). Payments may be made termly (using the term amounts) or annually (advance payment option carries the 4.5% discount when paid by the stated deadline).
- All fees must be paid in accordance with the school's Schedule of Fees and the school's Terms and Conditions; the school reserves the right to amend the Schedule of Fees.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; The British School of Tashkent operates as a day school.
Other costs (uniform, exams, transport, etc.)
- Uniform: students wear a school uniform. Uniform purchase is arranged through the school's parent information channels; cost is additional and is not listed as an item in the 2025/26 Schedule of Fees.
- Transport: the school does not provide a bus service to and from school. Families arrange their own transport.
- External examination fees and certain subject‑specific or external course fees (for example, exam entry charges for IGCSE/A‑level, Duke of Edinburgh, or other external providers) and some residential trips are charged separately and will be billed in addition to tuition.
Refund information and withdrawal
- Withdrawal: parents/guardians must give the notice of withdrawal required in the Schedule of Fees. Refunds of fees are made only as set out in the incorporated Schedule of Fees.
- Refund mechanics: any approved refund is paid by bank transfer to the parent/guardian or company that appears as the payer on the original payment document and to the bank account used for payment. The school will not transfer refunded monies to another person or entity.
- Non‑refund circumstances: the school may withhold refunds in specified circumstances (for example, suspension/expulsion for serious non‑compliance) and is under no obligation to refund fees in some force‑majeure situations.
Fee payment options and practical notes
- Fees are required to be paid in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and the school's Terms and Conditions. Refunds are processed by bank transfer to the original payer's bank account. The school does not accept payments from sanctioned or prohibited parties. For specific payment methods and remittance details, payments are handled by the school's finance team in accordance with the Schedule of Fees.
