Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary
Bilingual IB school
Guidance/Orientation Team
Argentina
Day structure varies by level: Level Inicial offers morning, afternoon, and full-day sessions (morning 7:50–11:50; afternoon 12:15–16:15; full day 7:50–16:15). Primary and Secondary levels run from 7:50 to 16:30.
Application / Reservation fee (Reserva de vacante / Matrícula)
- The school requires payment of a reservation-of-vacancy / matriculation fee at the time of initial registration or annual re‑registration. The reservation/matriculation is a required upfront payment and is listed separately from monthly tuition.
Tuition structure and how it is billed (by level / year group)
- Tuition is set by year group/level (early years / primary / secondary) and billed as an annual arancel that is converted into instalments. Specific tariff levels apply by cycle and year group.
- The annual tuition is collected in 11 instalments. Those 11 instalments are collected as 10 monthly payments from March to December, with the 11th instalment split into two payments (50% with the July instalment and 50% with the December instalment). This is the standard billing cadence for the academic year.
- The school publishes separate reference tariffs by cycle (clause indicates tariffs are detailed per cycle), so tuition amounts vary by Nivel Inicial, Nivel Primario and Nivel Secundario; exact numeric values for each year group are not published in the publicly available contract document.
Per‑term / per‑year detail (how parents are billed across the year)
- Payment cycle: parents pay in monthly instalments (March–December) rather than fixed calendar terms; the 11th instalment is collected as two half‑payments (July and December). There is also a separate materials fee charged in the early months. The structure applies across the school's levels; the specific amount per level is determined by the school's tariff schedule.
Materials fee and what it covers
- A materials fee (Cuota de materiales) covers consumable items and certain school activities such as stationery, art supplies, event/act characterisations, concert costs, educational and sports outings, breakfast/merienda in Early Years, photocopies and the communication notebook. This materials fee is billed in three consecutive instalments, collected together with the March, April and May tuition payments. Personal items (uniform, backpack, books, notebooks, etc.) are not included in the materials fee and must be purchased separately by families.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly instalments are due in advance between the 1st and the 5th business day of each month (March–December). Payments must be accompanied by the corresponding authorised receipt for crediting.
- Accepted payment methods include Direct Debit (Débito Directo), bank transfer, and bank deposit; the contract also allows the school to introduce additional payment channels in the future.
- Late payments incur automatic default (moratory) and a daily punitive interest equal to the interest rate received by AFIP; any judicial or extrajudicial collection costs arising from non‑payment are charged to the family. Amounts paid while in arrears are applied to outstanding debt.
Discounts and special rates
- The contract references the existence of possible special benefits (for siblings, staff, or specific foundations) that require separate annexes describing conditions; these benefits are applied only when the required documentation and annex agreements are completed.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school (no boarding facilities). Therefore there are no boarding fees.
Other costs and optional services
- The tuition instalments do not include: personal materials (uniforms, backpacks, books, personal stationery), participation in camp(s), the school cafeteria/meal service, and any third‑party catering services the school may offer. These items are billed separately or paid directly by families when arranged. The materials fee covers only the items explicitly listed above (stationery, certain outings, breakfast/merienda in Early Years, photocopies, etc.).
Refund and cancellation terms
- Reservation/matriculation refund: the reservation payment may be refunded for reasons of force majeure if the family notifies the school formally before the close of the academic cycle; after that date, reservation payments are not refundable. If the school itself cancels a reservation, paid amounts will be refunded at historical values. No refunds are made once the academic cycle has started.
- Contract cancellation by the family: the family may terminate the contract at any time but must be current on all fees to receive a Certificate of No Debt; in case of family default on fees the school may resolve the contract and pursue collection.
Administrative and collection notes
- The school reserves the right to modify tuition, matriculation and materials fee values in response to changes in cost structure, inflation or tax changes; this adjustment clause is included in the contract. Payments received while a family is in arrears will be applied to outstanding obligations.
Practical summary for parents (concise action items)
- Expect to pay: (1) a reservation/matriculation fee at registration; (2) an annual tuition converted into 11 instalments collected across March–December (11th instalment split between July and December); (3) a materials fee charged in three instalments (March–May); and (4) any optional charges (uniforms, books, camp, cafeteria, extracurriculars) separately. Payment windows are the 1st–5th business day of each month; accepted methods include direct debit, bank transfer and deposit. Late payment interest and collection costs apply.
Note: The school's publicly available contract and admission pages describe the fee structure, billing schedule, payment methods and refund rules in detail but do not publish numeric tariff amounts per year group in the contract document itself. The contract states that specific tariff values are listed in the clause where the aranceles are to be detailed but those numeric values are not included in the posted contract file. For exact numeric tuition, matriculation and materials amounts per level and for the applicable academic cycle, please contact the school's admissions or finance office directly using the school's published contact details.
