Chess Club offers a space to develop strategic thinking and problem-solving, with groups from Kinder 5 through ES and preparation for internal and interschool competitions. Code Club deepens computational thinking through practical projects, including games, animations, and constructions, and teaches programming, robotics, and electronics. In the secondary level, Code Club focuses on creating video games across platforms.
Drama Clubs provide a space for recreation and development of performing arts skills, culminating in a musical theatre performance. There are age-specific clubs: Performing Arts Club for Primary years 4–6; Middle School Drama Club for Secondary years 1–3; and Senior Drama Club for Secondary years 4–6. Barker Theatre Group (BTG) is a theatre group composed of alumni, teachers, and parents that sustains the Barker community's tradition of English-language musical theatre. Each production involves responsibility across production, costume design, musical arrangements, and choreography.
Argentine Sign Language Club (LSA) aims to spark interest in communicating with others who are different. It is designed to build bridges between people through learning a new language. The club is available to Primary 5 and Primary 6 students.

Old Barkonian Association is the Barker College Alumni Association, founded in 1926 to connect alumni and the Barker community and to uphold the school's values. Leadership at Barker is viewed as service for the common good, built on commitment, trust, respect, and freedom, with teamwork as the engine for project delivery. Student leaders are recognised through formal roles such as Head Pupil, Vice Head Pupil, Games Captains, House Captains, Debate Captains, Choir Captains, Drama Captains, and Prefects. Yoga Club offers an extracurricular space to develop flexibility, balance, and strength using body techniques, with breathing, relaxation, and meditation practices. Barker Athletics Team Club (BAT Club) provides secondary students the opportunity to further develop athletic skills and improve performance in internal and interschool events.
Barker College is a bilingual, coeducational day school serving ages 2 to 18 in Argentina.
