How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

At BAICA we want the admissions process to provide confidence, closeness, and personalized support to each family. These are the steps to follow in the admissions process: 1. Application – Complete the admissions form and send the required documentation. 2. Family Interview – Parents together with the children will meet with the grade director. It is an opportunity for us to get to know your family and for you to ask any questions you may have. 3. Student Evaluation – a) Primary and Secondary applicants undergo an on-site English leveling assessment with our English Language Learning team. b) All students meet with the educational psychologist for a language and mathematics assessment, which helps us better understand each child's learning profile. 4. Admission Decision – The Admissions Office will carefully review the application and communicate the decision to the family by email.

Buenos Aires International Christian Academy (BAICA) is a private, nondenominational Christian international school in Argentina offering a dual American-Argentine curriculum for students from ages 3 to 18. The preschool program uses a Christian-informed curriculum based on the U.S. framework, with English taught from age 3 through play and daily immersion. The primary program continues with a Christian-integrated U.S. framework, developing critical thinking and global perspectives through projects and service. The secondary program follows a U.S. college-preparatory curriculum, preparing students for universities in Argentina, the United States, Europe and beyond. Graduates earn both the Argentine official diploma and the U.S. diploma. BAICA was founded in 1998 by an American family and has grown into a school serving more than 20 nationalities. Core values center on biblical worldview, academic growth, and global citizenship, with extracurriculars such as soccer and chess and programs like Fun Fridays for younger students. Fosters lifelong learning opportunities.
