Academic and Intellectual

The school runs Junior Achievement programs, including The Company, in which final-year secondary students create, organize, and operate a company in the real market and sell products at a major Buenos Aires shopping center. The school is a member of the English Speaking Union (ESU), a non-political educational organization with global members, which promotes international understanding and language development through exchanges, scholarships, public speaking, music contests, and conferences. The school participates annually in the English Public Speaking Competition held at the British Ambassador's residence. The program also includes Mathematics Olympiads and Computing (Informática) activities.

Arts and Creative

Arts and creative activities include Art, Music, Choir, and Organ. Expressive Movement (Expresión Corporal) and Drama provide opportunities for performance and physical expression. Choreographies are part of the performing arts program. Students engage in arts and performing arts activities as part of the extracurricular offering.

Cultural and Language

Linguistic immersion trips are part of the bilingual education project. At the end of Primary, Year 6, students participate in an English immersion program in a city within the country, with native coordinators guiding a four-day experience. In the later years of Secondary, students travel to London and Glasgow for two weeks to study at a university or college and visit notable city sites. Glasgow College is a member of ESU, which promotes international understanding and language development through English.

Social and Hobbies

Activities and workshops include Family Day, Book Fair, Interhouses, and Concert. Sport Day is among the events that foster community and school spirit. There are educational trips and language immersion trips as part of the school's social offerings. Campamentos (Educational Camps) provide community-building experiences across levels, incorporating outdoor learning and teamwork.

Community and Service

Glasgow Helping Hands is a charity project (Proyecto Solidario) organized by the school. The program fosters social responsibility and community involvement among students. Through ongoing outreach activities, students participate in service projects as part of the school's community ethos.

Leadership and Professional

Junior Achievement programs introduce leadership and entrepreneurship, including a Company program where final-year Secondary students create, organize, and operate a real-market company. Glasgow College participates in ESU activities, which offer exchanges, scholarships, public speaking, and leadership-focused initiatives. The ESU involvement also includes participation in a national Public Speaking Competition.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

The PE & Sports department treats physical activity as an integral part of student development, emphasizing teamwork, resilience, and mutual respect. Sports practiced include Rugby, Hockey, Athletics, and Football; in the early Primary years, activities take place on school grounds, with facilities available on campus. From the second cycle of Primary onward and throughout Secondary, students also use the Los Cedros Club field for sports. The school uses a four-House system (Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow) to promote identity, teamwork, and virtuous traits during events across the year. Campamentos Educativos provide psychophysical development through cooperative activity and direct contact with nature.

Glasgow College is a bilingual, secular, co‑educational school serving ages 1 to 17. The curriculum combines Cambridge IGCSE with a bespoke program and an Official Intercultural Bilingual Education Project to develop strong English language mastery, with Cambridge English accreditations. In Primary, Movers (3rd year) and KET for Schools (5th year) are offered; Secondary includes PET (2nd year), FCE (4th year), and CAE/CPE in later years. Upper secondary leads into the IGCSE curriculum and the ICE Diploma (International Certificate of Education), a pre‑university credential with national university validity. Portuguese is taught from Primary as a second language; Secondary students undertake the CELPE‑Bras exam in the final year. Glasgow College is affiliated with ESSARP. The 5,000 m2 campus features climate control, dedicated learning spaces, a Science Lab, Library, Computer Room, and CCTV security.
