Billing schedule and payment terms
- The educational contract is annual and tuition is invoiced in ten monthly installments (cuotas) covering March through December; installment due dates fall between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
- The tuition (arancel de enseñanza) is treated as a single, indivisible annual charge; monthly cuotas must be paid in full even if a student leaves mid-year or is absent.
- Late payments may incur administrative charges and interest: amounts overdue accrue monthly interest equal to the Banco de la Nación Argentina rate for unauthorized overdrafts; the school may restrict participation in some activities while arrears persist.

Boarding fees
- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed for Islands International School; the institution is operated as day campuses and does not publish boarding charges.

Other costs and fees
- International examination fees (e.g., IB/external exam fees) are not included in the monthly tuition and are charged separately when applicable.
- Optional services such as school-provided transport and cafeteria/meal services are available and are billed separately from the monthly tuition.
- Uniforms, textbooks, personal materials, school outing/trip costs and certain extracurricular activity fees are additional to the monthly cuota (these items are not included in the published monthly amounts).

Refund and cancellation policy (key points)
- Parents/responsible parties may revoke acceptance of the educational contract without charge within 10 days of acceptance. Revocations after that period are governed by the contract's general conditions.
- The contract establishes that once accepted and billed, the annual tuition remains due and the school may apply its contractual rules regarding refunds, discounts and cancellations; late payments may void previously agreed discounts.

Fee payment options
- Primary payment method: automatic bank debit (direct debit).
- Alternate accepted methods: payment at Banco Supervielle (specific agency indicated by administration), bank deposits or transfers to the school's account (parents must send scanned payment proof to administracion3@intschools.org for proper receipt allocation), and electronic cheques (e‑cheq) issued in the name of ISLANDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL S.R.L.; physical cheques are not accepted at general administration.

Note on items not specified in the published fee materials
- The published fee schedule available for the Islands campus lists the monthly cuota amounts above but does not provide a separate numeric value for the registration/matrícula (inscripción) charge or for uniform/textbook package totals in the fee table; those items are referenced contractually but their exact amounts are not shown in the fee sheet I reviewed.
