Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school's tuition is billed as an annual contract and invoiced in 10 monthly installments (March through December). Due dates operate between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
- The monthly tuition amounts above are expressed as a single indivisible teaching fee; absences do not alter the fee amount. Interest and administrative charges apply for late payments; the stated interest rate applied for arrears equals the Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires rate for unauthorized overdrafts, and additional “administrative costs” may be invoiced for collection actions. Sustained arrears may result in conditioning participation in certain non‑educational activities and the loss of any previously agreed discounts.

Boarding / accommodation fees
- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed. The school provides a meal service (vianda or comedor) for which a separate monthly charge applies; the cost of meal service is communicated before the start of classes and is billed monthly.

Other costs and fees
- International examination fees (obligatory) are not included in the monthly tuition and are charged separately; the currency, payment method and amounts for those exams are communicated when set by the examining body.
- Optional activities — day trips, intercultural/national or international travel, extracurricular activities, contests and certain school representations — are charged separately and require prior payment for participation.
- Administrative charges may be invoiced for actions related to overdue accounts. Meal/comedor charges are invoiced monthly and are separate from tuition.
- Uniforms and personal school supplies are additional costs to be borne by parents; these are not included within the tuition cuotas. (Parents should budget for uniform and supply purchases in addition to the fees above.)

Refund and cancellation rules
- Payment of the full matrícula/enrolment fee is a condition for definitive matriculation. Enrollment payments that are cancelled by the parent before the school's published cutoff date for revocation are refunded in full; the school's published policy for the prior cycle allowed full refund of amounts paid in concept of matrícula if cancellation was made by a stated date in November of the preceding year and provided that the school did not itself cancel the vacancy. Parents may also revoke acceptance without charge within a brief statutory window after acceptance (the policy previously specified a 10‑day revocation period). Late cancellation and other cases are governed by the school's contract terms, and outstanding tuition obligations may affect re‑enrolment.

Fee payment options
- Debit automatic (direct debit from a bank account) is the primary payment method for tuition; families are asked to set up automatic debit with administration. Payments can also be made by deposit at Banco Supervielle (Agency Nº 26) or at any bank branch, using the details given by the school; parents must send a copy of the deposit within 48 hours when paying at a branch. E‑cheq payments must be issued in the name of “NORTHERN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL S.R.L.”. Physical checks are not accepted by the Administration. If payment is made by bank transfer or deposit, parents must send a scanned receipt by email to admnorthern@intschools.org so the receipt can be properly recorded.
