Located in Vienna, Austria, in the 22nd district (Donaustadt). The campus is at Wagramer Strasse 175 / Panethgasse 6a, 1220 Vienna, Austria. It has excellent access to public transportation within walking distance of the U1 subway line Rennbahnweg, and is a few stations from the United Nations building, about 20 minutes from the city center.
Elementary School – Primary (age 5) through Grade 5; Secondary School – Middle School: Grades 6 to 8; High School: Grades 9 to 12.
Private international Christian school with Öffentlichkeitsrecht status, fully accredited by ACSI and MSA, and an IB World School offering an American curriculum with the IB Diploma Programme option for Grades 11–12.
English language learner (ELL) support is provided; grades for ELL may be reported as Pass/Fail.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoices are issued on the 15th of each month (August through May) prior to the due date.
- Payment options and due dates:
- A. One total payment: due October 1.
- B. Two semester payments: due September 1 and February 1.
- C. Quarterly payments: due September 1, November 1, February 1, and April 1.
- D. Ten monthly payments: due each month, September through June (requires a signed direct‑debit authorization; cash is not accepted for the ten monthly option).
- The ten‑monthly payment option is only available for students who start on the first day of the school year; students who start later may select payment options A–C only.

Withdrawal, refunds and late‑enrolment policy
- A written request for student withdrawal must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the student's expected last day of attendance.
- All tuition for the current month of attendance plus the remaining Capital Assessment Fee for the full year must be paid before official student records are released.
- Student records, including the diploma, are withheld until all tuition and fees are paid in full.
- Late / mid‑year enrolment schedule (annual tuition payable as a percentage depending on start date):
- Before October 23, 2026: 100% of annual tuition.
- October 24, 2026–January 6, 2027: 75%.
- January 7, 2027–January 15, 2027: 60%.
- January 16, 2027–April 2, 2027: 50%.
- April 3, 2027–June 9, 2027: 25%.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply.
Other costs / notes
- The published fees list additional chargeable items such as the lunch program, after‑school care, sports participation fees and IB course fees (see Supplemental Fees above). No separate mandatory uniform fee is listed in the published tuition and fees information for 2026–2027.

International Christian School of Vienna is a private international Christian school in Austria with Öffentlichkeitsrecht status. It is accredited by ACSI and MSA and is an IB World School offering an American curriculum from age 5 through Grade 12 inclusive, with the IB Diploma Programme option for Grades 11–12. The curriculum is aligned with the CCSS, NGSS, and AERO to prepare students for US, Austrian, and international university study. The school serves about 320 students from more than 65 nationalities and is pursuing a state of the art facility to accommodate 500–600 students. The campus includes four science labs, laboratories and makerspaces, a library with digital resources, and learning commons with pullout rooms for nonnative English speakers and learners with challenges. Athletics facilities comprise a gymnasium, outdoor fields, a rooftop track, and spaces for afterschool sports. A performing arts space, recording studio, and pottery area support drama, music, and visual arts.
