The school offers the IB Diploma Programme as an official IB world school. In the 11th and 12th grades, students choose six subjects (e.g., German, English, mathematics, Spanish, chemistry, biology, history, visual arts) and complete 120 hours of community work while preparing for university. Instruction occurs in English or German, with Spanish offered as an additional language. Early on, students are taught to work in an academic and scientific context and to develop essay-writing skills to prepare for university.
Arts and culture are taught through creative expression in relation to general knowledge. Students learn different techniques, study artists and their biographies, and regularly visit exhibitions in various institutions. There is also time for creative self-expression.
Language of instruction is English and German, with Spanish offered as an additional subject. The Highschool focuses on Languages, Science, and Art & Culture, and biology and chemistry are taught in a dedicated laboratory with 15 work spaces. Diversity is a core component, and students from all nations, backgrounds, sexes, and religions are welcomed.

International Highschool Herzogberg is a bilingual IB World School in Perchtoldsdorf, outside Vienna. The school combines the Austrian Junior High curriculum (grades 7–9) with the IB Diploma Programme (grades 10–12), taught in English and German, with Spanish as additional subject. Class sizes are capped at 15 students, enabling close guidance and active participation. The junior high emphasizes health, creativity, education and economic understanding, while the high school focuses on Languages, Science and Art and Culture, culminating in a university entrance qualification through the IB.
