English and German are the languages of instruction. Spanish is taught as an additional subject. The program comprises Junior Highschool (grades 7-9) and Highschool (grades 10-12).
Junior Highschool serves 12- to 15-year-olds (7th-9th grade). Highschool serves 15- to 19-year-olds (10th-12th grade). The language of instruction is English and German. Spanish is taught as an additional subject and classes are held in groups of up to 15 students.
International Highschool Herzogberg is a bilingual IB World School in Perchtoldsdorf, outside Vienna. The school combines the Austrian Junior High curriculum (grades 7–9) with the IB Diploma Programme (grades 10–12), taught in English and German, with Spanish as additional subject. Class sizes are capped at 15 students, enabling close guidance and active participation. The junior high emphasizes health, creativity, education and economic understanding, while the high school focuses on Languages, Science and Art and Culture, culminating in a university entrance qualification through the IB. The campus sits on a 14,000 m2 site at the foot of the Vienna Woods, with a 960 m2 facility that includes classrooms, a laboratory, a workshop and leisure areas. Biology and chemistry have dedicated laboratories with 15 work spaces. Students benefit from regular university preparation, community service (120 hours in the upper years), and learn in a setting surrounded by vineyards, culture and outdoor spaces.
