The entrance fee and the tuition fee for the first month are payable when the educational contract is signed.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not published as part of the school's fee schedule; no boarding fees are listed. Transport to and from school is stated as free for students who are permanent residents in Austria, which reflects the school operating with day-student arrangements rather than boarding provision.

Other costs and routine additional fees

- One-off entrance fee: EUR 350 (see above).

Upper Secondary students are charged IB examination fees by the IBO (exam fees separate to tuition). Transport costs are free for permanent residents in Austria.

Refund and cancellation information

- No publicly published, detailed refund or fee‑cancellation policy for tuition, entrance fee, or instalment refunds was located in the school's published tuition and admission documents. Terms governing refunds, cancellations, and withdrawals are set out in the Education Agreement / signed educational contract and are not itemised in the fee overview materials.

Fee payment methods and practical notes

- Payment mechanisms explicitly referenced: SEPA mandate (bank transfer) for quarterly payments and instalment arrangements; lump‑sum payments are accepted at the start of the school year. No public statement was found that credit or debit card payment is accepted as a standard option in the published fee materials. Details of accepted payment instruments and any transaction charges are governed by the Education Agreement.

Brief summary of gaps in the published fee materials

- The published fee materials provide clear figures for tuition by year group, the one‑off entrance fee, billing frequency options, and categories of additional costs, but they do not publish: an explicit refund/cancellation policy, a full list of accepted payment instruments (for example, explicit credit‑card acceptance is not stated), or any boarding fees (because boarding is not listed). These contractual details are indicated to be set out in the Education Agreement associated with enrolment.
