How fees are charged (billing schedule and payment terms)

- Membership contributions are charged on a per‑school‑year basis (annual amount). For registrations or deregistrations that occur during the school year, the contribution for the started semester is due in full; in specific circumstances a partial refund may be possible upon request (cutoff: last day before the semester break).

- LISA Academy payment options are offered (example structures include: full payment by a set date, two instalments, or multiple monthly instalments); instalment schedules are available for Academy fees and payment plans or special arrangements can be agreed for other membership contributions on request.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. LISA operates as a public day school; no boarding or internat fees are charged.

Other costs and fees

- Excursions, cultural trips, language trips, exchange programmes and similar additional activities are not included in the membership contribution and are charged separately.

- Books, teaching materials, assistance hours and additional remedial or support courses are financed and administered by the LISA Support Association using membership contributions and sponsor funds; certain materials or optional external services may still incur separate charges.

- Private tutoring, optional external exam fees, travel related to exchange programmes and certain extracurricular costs are charged in addition to the membership contribution when applicable.

Refund information

- If a pupil is deregistered during the school year there is a possibility of a partial refund of the membership contribution on request (cutoff: last day before the semester break). When a registration or deregistration occurs during the school year, the fee for the started semester is generally due in full unless a specific refund arrangement is approved. Some historical communications also note partial refunds under defined conditions (administrative approval required).

Linz International School Auhof (LISA) is Austria's first and only public international school in Upper Austria, offering the Austrian Matura (Reifeprüfung) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) to students aged 10–18. The IB Diploma Programme is studied in the final two years (11–12), with most students completing both diplomas; a two-year LISA Academy Programme is available for language preparation. LISA is a branch of Europagymnasiums Auhof in Linz, providing public access to international curricula. Facilities include a library with more than 15,000 books in English, German and French, a drama room, the amphitheatre Theatron, biology, chemistry and physics laboratories, and a computer-lab network with laptops for every class. The school offers English immersion, study in up to three languages, and a CAS- and theatre-rich program with trips abroad that broaden horizons. As a public school, LISA provides access to both diplomas regardless of family finances for families worldwide and beyond.
