The European School Bruxelles Argenteuil (EEBA) is located at Square d'Argenteuil 5, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium, on the Château d'Argenteuil campus on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes, about 15 kilometers south of central Brussels. Bus Service

EEBA operates a school bus service from Brussels and Brabant to the Argenteuil Campus. There are three bus lines (EEBA 01, EEBA 02, EEBA 03) with multiple stops in Brussels and Brabant; morning departures are around 07:10–08:00 and afternoon returns around 15:40–16:50 depending on the line. - Application fees are non-refundable.

Tuition fees — self-funded families (annual, 2026/27)

- Nursery (Maternelle): EUR 16,995 per year.
- Primary (Primaire): EUR 18,448 per year.
- Secondary (Secondaire) S1–S3: EUR 19,624 per year.
- Secondary S4–S5: EUR 20,798 per year.
- Secondary S6–S7 & IBDP: EUR 22,542 per year.

Tuition fees — employer-funded families (annual, 2026/27 — employer covers over 80%)

- Nursery (Maternelle): EUR 22,660 per year.
- Primary (Primaire): EUR 24,597 per year.
- Secondary (Secondaire) S1–S3: EUR 26,165 per year.
- Secondary S4–S5: EUR 27,730 per year.
- Secondary S6–S7 & IBDP: EUR 30,056 per year.
- Optional all‑inclusive extended day (up to 16:45): EUR 4,500 (listed under employer-funded schedule).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The full tuition amount is due before 15 August.
- Payments should be made by bank transfer to the school account: IBAN BE35 7350 4233 5737, SWIFT/BIC KREDBEBB. The school is not liable for payments made to a wrong bank account.
- The published fee documents show pro‑rata percentages tied to month of arrival and month of leaving; these percentages indicate the amount due depending on when a student arrives or leaves during the school year:
- "Amount due — Arriving in": Aug 100% • Sept 100% • Oct 100% • Nov 90% • Dec 80% • Jan 70% • Feb 60% • Mar 50% • Apr 40% • May 30% • June 20%.

- For employer-funded places, parents remain legally responsible for payment of the total sums due, regardless of any employer subsidy.
- The school may accept registrations mid-year when possible; specific installment arrangements may be handled directly by the administration.

Boarding fees

- No boarding fees are published in the school fee documents. The published materials and campus information describe day facilities and campus services; school transport is provided as an optional service. (School bus routes are published separately.)

Other costs and optional fees

- Included in the tuition: a hot lunch prepared on campus and served each weekday; planned cultural visits; all school books and notebooks.
- Not included in the tuition (billed separately or optional): the basic school supplies (stationery kit), sport uniforms and school uniforms, the optional bus system, optional extra‑curricular activities (after‑school care, music club, etc.), special needs support (therapies, extra classes, assistants), school trips, and exam fees.
- School bus service is an optional, separate service with published routes; bus charges are invoiced separately.
- For employer-funded fee schedule an optional all‑inclusive extended day (up to 16:45) is listed at EUR 4,500.

Sibling discount and other reductions

- Self-funded families: a sibling reduction of 10% per child applies when two or more siblings are enrolled and fees are paid by the family.
- The school indicates the board of governors indexes and updates fees annually and that additional reductions (scholarships / reduced school fees) may be available through the administration.

Refunds and withdrawal

- Application (registration) fees are non-refundable.
- For withdrawal at the end of the school year, written notice must be sent before 1 March. For other mid‑year departures the published "Leaving in" percentages indicate the tuition proportion billed for each leaving month.
