English is the primary language of instruction; Most content is delivered in English and graduates will have a high level of academic English. The language program develops students to be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and to develop proficiency in other languages. Spanish is an official language of Bolivia and the native language of most AISB students; Non-Spanish speakers quickly become fluent through the Spanish program; In Primary and Secondary School, all students take Spanish according to the Bolivian National Curriculum. Quechua is taught as an additional national language; Mandarin and French are offered as elective courses.

The American International School of Bolivia (AISB) is a co-educational day school in Cochabamba serving 800 students from Pre-Kinder through 12th grade across 15 nationalities.
