Specialized college counseling helps high school students apply to international universities. The College Counselor provides personalized guidance to prepare a competitive international application. The counselor is Isabela Moraes. The program features Specialized Mentoring, Decision Support, and University Support. College Counseling begins in the 9th grade, when students are introduced to the steps of the academic journey; the 10th grade emphasizes self-knowledge and exploring careers and courses; the 11th grade focuses on planning for the future and understanding university profiles and exams; the 12th grade centers on applying, planning timelines, and selecting universities. This program includes an International Acceptance Summary detailing the universities where students have gained admission. The school supports exam preparation for Cambridge Advanced exams, TOEFL and IELTS as part of international pathways. The Diploma Programme highlights include preparation for life, international exams, dual certificates, and college counseling, all within the IB framework.

Colégio Positivo Internacional is an IB World School in Curitiba, Brazil, offering the IB continuum: PYP for ages 2–11, MYP for ages 11–15, and DP for ages 16–18. English-language instruction includes Cambridge proficiency test preparation for Grades 3 and 5, and the Diploma Programme includes Theory of Knowledge.
