Admission of Students: The school offers a personalised service via WhatsApp. Registration is required if there is interest in a vacancy, and registration does not guarantee a vacancy. A Registration Form is available; Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Lower Secondary Education, and Upper Secondary Education all follow a level-specific admission process. The process of admission is described below by level.
Early Childhood Education: Enrollment call-ups are made in order of registration, with priority given to siblings, according to the age group and vacancy availability. Minimum ages are: Pre-kindergarten (Jardim I) – 4 years old by March 31 of the academic year; Kindergarten (Jardim II) – 5 years old by March 31 of the academic year.
Primary Education: For 1st to 3rd Grade, call-ups are made in order of registration, with priority to siblings, according to age group and vacancy availability. For admission to 1st Grade, the child must be 6 years old by March 31 of the academic year. From 4th Grade, admission is defined based on individual interviews with the Coordination, statutory assessment, and visits to classes. If necessary, students without fluency in Portuguese or German will have a special adaptation program.
Lower Secondary Education: In addition to the tests mentioned above, there will be an evaluation of German for candidates fluent in German. Students without knowledge of German are only accepted up to 8th Grade. If approved, the School offers a program of special adaptation (remedial classes) in German or Portuguese as required.
Upper Secondary Education: To be admitted, all candidates must undergo individual interviews with the Coordination, visits to the classrooms, and statutory assessments in Mathematics, Portuguese, English, German and other subjects at the School's discretion.

Early Childhood Education: Copy of the student's Birth Certificate; Copy of RG or RNE (Foreign ID) and CPF (Taxpayer Registration) for the financial guardian.
Primary Education and Secondary Education: Copy of the student's Birth Certificate; Copy of RG or RNE; Copy of financial guardian's RG or RNE and CPF; Transfer Declaration from the previous educational establishment; School Transcript; Declaration of Financial Settlement of the previous educational establishment.

Colégio Suíço-Brasileiro de Curitiba is a nonprofit international school serving 800 students aged 2 to 18 from Swiss, German and Brazilian nationalities. The curriculum integrates the Brazilian National Curricular Parameters, the Swiss Lehrplan 21, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Instruction is bilingual in Portuguese and German through Fundamental II, and in Portuguese and English in high school; French and Spanish are offered, with Italian available as extracurricular. The school is recognized and supported by the Swiss government and the Canton of Aargau, with support from Paraná State Department of Education. In addition to the IB Diploma, students complete the Brazilian high school certificate and obtain language certifications. The Diploma includes TOK, Extended Essay, and the CAS component, with assessments externally conducted.
