The Healthy Food Program is a pillar of health and well-being. The school has its own kitchen staff at both locations who prepare healthy, flavorful meals from natural ingredients. Every month, menus are designed by a nutritionist who considers each child's needs and restrictions. The program uses no white sugar, no cold-cuts containing dye, and no ultra-processed foods; fresh fruits and vegetables are purchased daily; carefully selected vendors are used; in-house production of breads, cookies, tapioca flour chips (polvilho), and cereal bars; 100% natural fruit juices. Lunches are prepared by the school's kitchen staff, following the nutritionist's guidance and catering to each child's needs and restrictions. Meatless Mondays are vegetarian, Affectionate Tuesdays feature home-cooked meals, Brazilian Wednesdays offer Brazilian cuisine, Anglophone Thursdays are inspired by the cuisine of English-speaking countries, and Worldly Fridays bring traditional foods from around the world.
