Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition is collected in seven payments: the registration deposit, a payment due before August 16, 2026, then five installment payments due on 1 September, 1 November 2026, 1 January, 1 March and 1 May 2027.
- Services optionnels (service de garde, repas chaud, activités périscolaires) are billed and payable in five installments with due dates: 1 September, 1 November, 1 January, 1 March and 1 May.
- Absences temporary or partial do not qualify for tuition reimbursement; fees are not reduced for temporary absences.
- Late payments incur an additional charge of 2% for any installment unpaid 10 calendar days after the due date. Consequences for non‑payment include withholding of the student's report card and possible use of a collection agency.

- Administrative charges: CAD 20 for requests for documents already issued (tax receipts, report cards, attestations, etc.). Arrival/departure tardiness charges: CAD 5 per family for the first delay within the first five minutes after the scheduled time, then CAD 1 per minute for each subsequent minute.
- Tax receipts for eligible fees are issued (receipt schedule described in the school financial regulation).
Refunds and withdrawal policy
- Registration deposits, application (dossier) fees and the one‑time family registration fee are non‑refundable. The registration deposit is deductible from the annual tuition.
- For withdrawal during the school year, parents must submit a written notice to administration. Any withdrawal triggers charges corresponding to the August installment, the full cost of school materials, tuition for the month of withdrawal and preceding months, and the tuition for the month following the withdrawal; the full outstanding invoice must be settled before a student departs.
- Refund of pre‑paid tuition (after deducting the deposit, dossier fee and family registration fee) follows this schedule: refunds of 25% of the paid tuition are available if withdrawal occurs between August 15 and August 30 preceding the school year; no refund is issued for withdrawals after August 30. This refund policy also applies if the school initiates the withdrawal. Refunds are issued to the person who made the payment.
Boarding / Residential provision
