Application and enrollment fees

- Application fee (one-time, non-refundable): CAD 250.
- Enrollment / registration deposit (one-time, non-refundable): CAD 4,000 for the first child; CAD 3,500 for a second child; waived for a third child and subsequent children.
- Foreign student / late-entry surcharge (one-time, non-refundable in the specified cases): CAD 5,000.

Annual tuition fees (2026–27) — total per year by year group

- Maternelle (Petite, Moyenne, Grande Section / preschool): CAD 19,560 per year.
- Elementary School (Grades 1–5): CAD 19,560 per year.
- Middle School (Grades 6–9): CAD 20,100 per year.
- High School (Grades 10–12): CAD 21,280 per year.

Payment plans, per-installment (per-term) detail, and convenience fees

- Payment options: single annual payment, semi-annual (two-installment) payment plan, or monthly payment plan. A convenience fee applies to multi-installment plans.

- Semi-annual (two-installment) totals and per-installment amounts:
- Maternelle / Elementary: total CAD 19,660; two equal installments of CAD 9,830 each.
- Middle School: total CAD 20,200; two equal installments of CAD 10,100 each.
- High School: total CAD 21,380; two equal installments of CAD 10,690 each.
- The semi-annual plan carries a CAD 100 convenience fee (difference between single-payment total and two-payment total).

- Monthly payment plan totals (total paid over the monthly plan):
- Maternelle / Elementary: total CAD 19,960.
- Middle School: total CAD 20,500.
- High School: total CAD 21,680.
- The monthly plan carries a CAD 400 convenience fee (difference between single-payment total and monthly-plan total). Installment dates and the number of monthly payments are determined in the enrolment contract.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The enrolment process is completed when the contract is signed, required registration fees and deposits are paid, and the first tuition installment (as required by the contract) is made. Tuition invoices and the exact payment schedule (due dates and instalment dates) are set out in the enrolment/financial contract. Late-payment terms and any administrative fees are governed by that contract.

Boarding and international-student housing

- The school does not operate on-campus boarding. A homestay/guardianship arrangement is available for international students through a partner homestay program; homestay and international-program fees are charged separately. Specific international-student package fees (which include homestay and tuition for exchange or visiting students) are published as separate international-program rates.

- International / homestay programme sample fees (charged as separate items from standard tuition):
- Full school year (international student package including homestay): CAD 43,870.
- Trimester 1 (international placement): CAD 23,430.
- Trimesters 2 + 3 combined (international placement): CAD 29,190.
- International student registration fee (for international placements): CAD 1,450.
- Refundable laptop damage deposit (international students): CAD 500 (refundable subject to device condition).

Other mandatory and optional costs

- Before- and after-school care (Garderie) — sample daily rates:
- 07:30–08:30: CAD 9.25 per day.
- 15:45–17:00: CAD 11.50 per day.
- 17:00–18:00: CAD 9.25 per day.

- Supervised Study Hall (Étude): CAD 11.50 per day.

- Hot lunch (catered program): CAD 8.90–CAD 9.80 per meal; full-year participation ranges approximately CAD 1,540–CAD 1,700.

- Clubs and extracurricular program fees:
- Per session: CAD 12–CAD 15 (typical drop-in/session fees).
- Cost per club per year (where applicable, for clubs with equipment or multi-week instruction): CAD 425–CAD 880 per year (varies by activity).

- Other occasional or program-specific fees (e.g., competitive athletics, camps, special workshops) are charged as applicable and vary by program. Students' core supplies and most in-class field trips are included in tuition.

Refunds and deposits

- The application fee (CAD 250) and the enrollment/registration deposit (CAD 4,000 first child / CAD 3,500 second child) are non-refundable. The CAD 5,000 fee for foreign students or late entrants (where applied) is non-refundable.
- Certain deposits may be refundable where explicitly stated (example: a refundable CAD 500 laptop damage deposit associated with international placements). Tuition refunds, proration and any refunds on instalments are governed by the enrolment/financial contract.

Fee payment options and who to contact for payment arrangements

- Families choose a payment plan (annual, semi-annual, or monthly) when accepting an offer and signing the enrolment contract; the enrolment contract sets the invoice schedule and payment due dates. Payment methods accepted and any processing instructions are specified in the school's enrolment/financial documentation. Discounts and sibling arrangements

- Sibling reductions and registration deposit adjustments:
- Enrollment deposit reduced to CAD 3,500 for a second child; waived for a third child and subsequent children.
