- Semi-annual (two-installment) totals and per-installment amounts:
- Maternelle / Elementary: total CAD 19,660; two equal installments of CAD 9,830 each.
- Middle School: total CAD 20,200; two equal installments of CAD 10,100 each.
- High School: total CAD 21,380; two equal installments of CAD 10,690 each.
- The semi-annual plan carries a CAD 100 convenience fee (difference between single-payment total and two-payment total).

- Monthly payment plan totals (total paid over the monthly plan):
- Maternelle / Elementary: total CAD 19,960.
- Middle School: total CAD 20,500.
- High School: total CAD 21,680.
- The monthly plan carries a CAD 400 convenience fee (difference between single-payment total and monthly-plan total). Installment dates and the number of monthly payments are determined in the enrolment contract.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The enrolment process is completed when the contract is signed, required registration fees and deposits are paid, and the first tuition installment (as required by the contract) is made. Tuition invoices and the exact payment schedule (due dates and instalment dates) are set out in the enrolment/financial contract. Late-payment terms and any administrative fees are governed by that contract.

Boarding and international-student housing

- The school does not operate on-campus boarding. A homestay/guardianship arrangement is available for international students through a partner homestay program; homestay and international-program fees are charged separately. Specific international-student package fees (which include homestay and tuition for exchange or visiting students) are published as separate international-program rates.

- Supervised Study Hall (Étude): CAD 11.50 per day.

- Hot lunch (catered program): CAD 8.90–CAD 9.80 per meal; full-year participation ranges approximately CAD 1,540–CAD 1,700.

- Clubs and extracurricular program fees:
- Per session: CAD 12–CAD 15 (typical drop-in/session fees).
- Cost per club per year (where applicable, for clubs with equipment or multi-week instruction): CAD 425–CAD 880 per year (varies by activity).

- Other occasional or program-specific fees (e.g., competitive athletics, camps, special workshops) are charged as applicable and vary by program. Students' core supplies and most in-class field trips are included in tuition.

Refunds and deposits

- The application fee (CAD 250) and the enrollment/registration deposit (CAD 4,000 first child / CAD 3,500 second child) are non-refundable. The CAD 5,000 fee for foreign students or late entrants (where applied) is non-refundable.
- Certain deposits may be refundable where explicitly stated (example: a refundable CAD 500 laptop damage deposit associated with international placements). Tuition refunds, proration and any refunds on instalments are governed by the enrolment/financial contract.

The Lycée international de Calgary offers a dual-curriculum education for preschool through Grade 12, combining the French Ministry of National Education program with Alberta Education. It is an independent bilingual school and AEFE member in the Altadore neighbourhood. Students study in French and English, and in high school earn both the French Baccalaureate and the Alberta High School Diploma, enabling pathways to Canadian and international tertiary study. The school began in 1966 as Lycée Louis Pasteur and joined AEFE in 1990; it adopted its current name in 2021. A new kindergarten building with eight classrooms and a gym opened in January 2025. Facilities include modern bilingual classrooms, a bilingual library, an indoor climbing wall, a gym, a sports field, and a renovated maternelle building. The International Program welcomes students from France and AEFE schools, with hosting arranged through the Canada Homestay Network. Partnerships with Francophone institutions connect Calgary's Francophone community.
