Step 1: Inquire and Create your Account. Contact the Admissions team to express interest. After inquiry, you receive login credentials to access the Hub Apply Portal. One account per family.
Step 2: Submit an Application. Begin an application for each applicant before the deadline. The application is complete when the $400 non-refundable fee is paid. You can save progress and resume the application via the Hub Apply Portal.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents. Each grade has a checklist of items that may be required. All required items must be completed by the deadline. Documents can be uploaded online.
Step 4: Attend Assessment & Parent Interview. Applicants must attend an entrance assessment to determine readiness. The length of assessments ranges by entry grade (90 minutes for JK–Grade 5; half-day visits for Grade 6–11). In-person visits are preferred; a parent interview may be scheduled.
Step 5: Admissions Decision. Applicants will be contacted regarding the decision shortly after assessment/visit. Accepted applicants will receive an offer letter by email and must complete the decision form on the Portal. If the grade level is full, accepted students may be placed in a wait pool. To hold a seat, required fees must be paid and the signed contract submitted. English proficiency is essential for international applications.
