The school has a required uniform with guides for Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12, available from the Meadowridge Uniform Shop on campus or online. The Uniform Shop hours are Monday 8:15am–4:00pm, Wednesday 12:00pm–4:00pm, and Friday 8:15am–12:15pm; a used uniform shop, Gryphon's Emporium, runs Wednesdays 3:00pm–4:00pm and is operated by the Parent Guild.
The school uses Sage Dining Services for meals. Sage cooks from scratch with local ingredients where possible and provides allergen-aware options and vegetarian choices; Kindergarten to Grade 5 have a hot lunch program with meals delivered to classrooms for an additional cost; menus are posted online months in advance.
Meadowridge School is governed by the Meadowridge School Society's Board of Governors, a group of volunteer parents and community members. The Board governs the Meadowridge School Society, a registered society incorporated under the Societies Act of British Columbia with its own constitution and bylaws, and oversees the school's financial well-being and strategic direction.
Meadowridge School is an independent, coeducational IB World School in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, offering the International Baccalaureate Continuum from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12, alongside the Canadian curriculum. English is the language of instruction, with Language Acquisition classes introducing French and Spanish, and additional language options increasingly integrated across grades. The Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme provide a cohesive, inquiry‑based education that culminates in the IB Diploma or IB Course Certificates, complemented by the BC Dogwood Diploma. The campus spans 35 acres, features a library with over 47,000 resources, gardens and a greenhouse, and dedicated spaces such as the Design Lab, PYP/MYP wings, and art and music studios. Meadowridge emphasizes experiential and outdoor learning, a robust post-secondary counselling program, and a broad range of clubs from robotics and debate to language and service initiatives, supported by a diverse athletics program, and a sense of community.
