Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

Step 1. Playgroup 2025 eligibility. To apply, the child must have been born between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. This entry is the initial admissions stage for Playgroup 2025 with a fixed cohort size. Families should note that this stage determines early access to the Playgroup program.

Step 2. Playgroup 2025 application window for new families. Applications for Playgroup 2025 for new families run from March 1 to March 10, or until the annual maximum is reached, which is 80 boys and 80 girls. The calendar for this stage may vary by year, and the school announces the exact window accordingly.

Step 3. How to submit the Playgroup application. In the online form, select the level to apply for and complete all required criteria. Upload the applicant's birth certificate and a passport‑style photo with the applicant's full name, and ensure all mandatory fields are completed. The final step is paying the application fee online; only after payment is completed will the applicant be recorded in the system as a POSTULANTE (applicant) and considered for subsequent stages.

Step 4. Additional pathways within Playgroup admissions. If one or both parents are alumni, indicate years of attendance and year of IV Medio graduation in the appropriate section. New families are invited to a Focus Group with members of the leadership team via email as part of the admissions process.

Step 5. After acceptance and enrollment. Once the applicant is accepted, families must confirm the vacancy by paying the enrollment fee and submitting the required documentation.

Step 6. Other grade levels – overview of how admissions work. For Pre Kinder, Kinder, 1° Básico, and 2° Básico to 3° EM, follow the specific grade‑level application pages which describe eligibility, number of vacancies, and application windows (these pages provide the exact birth age ranges, vacancies, and dates).

Step 7. Contact and follow‑up. General admissions inquiries can be directed to the Admissions contact listed for Wenlock School Chile; the school provides email addresses and phone numbers on the admissions pages for ongoing assistance.
