Beanstalk International Bilingual School — Shunyi (as shown on the school website) reports the following accreditations and authorizations:
- International Baccalaureate (IB) authorizations — Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). These authorizations mean the school is approved by the IB Organisation to deliver each programme and to use the IB curriculum frameworks for the relevant age ranges.
- Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) approval. WASC is a U.S. regional accrediting body; the school states WASC approval means its senior‑high diploma is recognised as equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma.
- British Council accreditation/recognition. The school lists the British Council among its international recognitions; the British Council is a UK-based organization that supports English language education and cross‑cultural educational links. BIBS Shunyi (Tianzhu Campus) opened in 2009 and provides education for children aged 2–18.
