The tour provides an overview of campus facilities, programs, and student life to help families assess fit. Step 2: Register for Entry Exam. Candidates register online for the entry exam no later than three days prior to the date to secure a seat. A non-refundable application fee of 600 RMB is charged to cover administrative costs and is payable at registration. The entry exam contains two portions: an English exam (writing and an interview) and a Mathematics exam. The test day is in-person on the registered date and personal identification is required. A QR code is provided to register for the entry exam, and a Chinese-language registration guidance document is available. Step 3: Attend the entry exam. The Spring Semester enrollment begins in March 2026 and the Fall Semester enrollment begins in August 2026. The exam subjects are English, Mathematics, and an interview. Spring 2026 testing includes G9 Preparatory candidates on January 11th; Fall 2026 testing includes dates such as March 29th, April 12th, April 19th, May 16th, May 31st, and June 14th for G6–G11. Step 4: Await an Admissions Decision. The admissions committee reviews the candidate's application materials, exam results, and interview, and informs parents via WeChat within five working days after the completion of the entry exam. Qualified candidates receive an admission offer letter with instructions to proceed with on-site registration. The family must complete the registration within one week after receiving the offer to secure a seat. Step 5: Submit Formal Admissions Application. The following documents are required: Completed NCPA Student Admission Application Form; Original copy of the signed Grade 9-12 Student Tuition Payment Agreement; Original copy of the signed Logistics Service Payment Notice; One copy of the student's ID card or passport; Two ID photos with the student's name written on the back; One school report from the last two years (including the current year); One transcript of the High School Entrance Exam (if applicable); One recommendation letter (Chinese/English) with the teacher's signature; One health report.
