Academia Teocali is a private educational institution founded in 1982. It was the first bilingual school in Guanacaste and is recognized by the Ministry of Public Education. It is currently accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization, enabling it to offer the IB Diploma Programme and to meet the requirements for Costa Rica's National Diploma.
