The history of Anglo American School began more than 70 years ago with the goal of offering a very high quality education, preparing people who are critical, committed to learning, and capable of facing the fundamental challenges of their personal and social lives, thereby contributing to the development of our country and the world, with education as the instrument to achieve this dual task. Seven decades later we continue working toward building a better world from preschool through secondary. Our bilingual program begins at 11 months of age and develops life skills and values through active, innovative, experiential, and collaborative teaching methods in which the student is the focal point. The school was accredited to offer the International Baccalaureate in 2017, and celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2019.
CommUNITY is an initiative to bring together the ventures of students, parents, alumni and staff in one place to highlight their products and services. The directory serves as a guide for when next seeking a provider, encouraging the community to prioritize locally-based offerings. The initiative demonstrates Anglo American School's commitment to community engagement beyond the classroom. It includes a directory of vendors across categories such as food, goods, services, health, and technology.
