The After School Activity Programme extends learning beyond the classroom. Activities are skill-based and cover Creative/Performing Arts, Problem Solving, Literacy and IT. The programme aims to develop personality and teamwork and help students discover their talents. The ASA is not compulsory and each student is allowed one ASA per week.

Many activities are led by teachers' private interests, and the teachers are keen to introduce new people to their hobbies. Participation in after-school activities is not compulsory.
Model United Nations participations are part of Special Events. International Trips expose students to diverse cultures through travel. Week Without Walls includes domestic trips around Egypt to broaden cultural understanding. Special Events such as Science Fairs and Theme Days complement cultural learning.
Cairo English School provides a wide range of after-school activities beyond the classroom. Activities are skill-based and can be multi-disciplinary across Creative/Performing Arts, Problem Solving, Literacy and IT. The programme is driven by teachers' private interests and aims to build cross-year friendships. ASA sessions are not compulsory and require sign-up; sports clubs run after school from 3:20 to 4:55 pm.
Sport is a core part of CES and the program includes Team Falcons with football, basketball, swimming, netball, athletics and volleyball. The school competes in the New Cairo School Sports Partnership and in British Schools of the Middle East tournaments. Seasons run September–December and January–May with age groups U11, U13, U16 and U18. The campus features an Olympic-size swimming pool, an indoor sports hall and an official-size football field.
Cairo English School (CES) is an international school in Mirage City, New Cairo, Egypt, offering a British-based international education for students aged 3 to 18. The curriculum blends the English National Curriculum with Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels and the IB Diploma Programme for older students.
