Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application / Assessment Fees
- Assessment (application/entry) fee: EGP 400.

Tuition fees — annual amounts by year group (published figure)
- Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) — Annual tuition: EGP 124,600.
- Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) — Annual tuition: EGP 137,800.
- Years 1–2 — Annual tuition: EGP 169,700.
- Years 3–6 — Annual tuition: EGP 169,000.

Per-term tuition (inferred)
- The school posts fee due dates for each academic term (three terms per year). Using the published annual tuition above and the school's term billing pattern, a straightforward per-term estimate is the annual figure divided by three. These per-term figures are calculated here as an inferred instalment amount (rounded to the nearest Egyptian pound):
- FS1 per term (inferred): EGP 41,533.
- FS2 per term (inferred): EGP 45,933.
- Years 1–2 per term (inferred): EGP 56,567.
- Years 3–6 per term (inferred): EGP 56,333.
- Years 7–12 per term (inferred): EGP 63,667.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are billed according to the school's academic-term schedule; the school posts specific due dates at the start of each term (examples of ‘‘First Term / Second Term / Third Term — Fees Due'' appear on the school calendar). Parents should expect term-by-term billing tied to the three-term academic calendar. Acceptance into the school is finalised by payment of the applicable fees.

Transport and other recurring fees
- Annual transport (bus) fee (published): EGP 22,900.
- Assessment / admissions test fee: EGP 400 (see Application / Assessment Fees above).
- Published tuition amounts are noted as including books and some activities.

Boarding
- Boarding is not offered. The school operates as a day school (bus/transport is provided).

Other costs and typical extras
- Uniforms: School uniform items (jumpers, PE kit, blazers, house shirts, etc.) are sold via the school's uniform shop and are required; parents should budget separately for the uniform package. Examples of required items and school-issued uniform guidance are published in the school's uniform documents and newsletters.
- School trips, activity charges and one-off event costs: occasional trip or event fees are charged per activity (example item in school communications: a trip cost notice of EGP 95 for a single event). Extracurricular and trip charges are additional to tuition and transport and are billed as needed.
- External exam/assessment charges: examination-entry or awarding-body fees (IGCSE, A‑Level, IB charges) are billed separately when applicable and are payable by parents to the school or examining body. The school lists assessment/exam charges separately in admissions/exam communications.

Refund information
- No publicly-published, detailed refund policy for tuition, acceptance/registration, or transport fees was located in the school's publicly-available documents. Acceptance is documented as being finalised with payment of applicable fees. For refunds or questions about cancellations/withdrawals, contact the school's admissions/finance office directly.

Fee payment options (typical channels and how to proceed)
- The school's registrar and admissions office handle fee administration; contact details are provided by the school for payment enquiries. Typical payment channels used by international schools in New Cairo include bank deposit/transfer, in‑school payment, and card payments through school payment portals or national school-payment services. Where specific payment methods for a given year are required, parents arrange payment directly with the school's finance office at the time of enrolment.

Quick practical notes for a parent completing an application or preparing to pay
- Expect an assessment fee of EGP 400 at application/entry.
- Budget the published annual tuition by year group and plan for three term instalments (per-term estimates provided above are inferred from the annual figures and the school's three-term billing calendar).
- Add transport, uniforms, exam-entry and trip/activity charges to your annual cost planning.

Brief note on currency and effective year of the figures provided
- The figures above are expressed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The published annual tuition and listed assessment/transport figures used here were those available in public school listings (published for the 2024/2025 academic year). No specific 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 fee schedule was located in the school's public materials; billing days and term-due structure are taken from the school calendar. If you require the school's official current fee schedule for contract or formal listing purposes, contact the school's admissions/finance office (registrar@cesegypt.com or telephone as listed by the school).
