The school provides a broad range of extracurriculars that augment academic learning. Robotics and electronics offer hands-on science experiences beyond the standard curriculum. Chess develops strategic thinking and planning skills. Adventure Learning presents age-appropriate off-campus experiences, such as camps, desert activities, hikes, and long-distance cycling, to build problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a broader range of skills that support the Learner Profile.

The Arts program encompasses dramatic arts, music, and visual arts and actively supports creative expression. Arts activities include Visual Arts, Theater, Embroidery, Graffiti, Mosaic, and stained glass, along with crafts such as Carpentry and Leather work. Students participate in major productions that combine theater, song and dance, presented at the Cairo Opera House. Dramatic arts, music and visual arts foster shared knowledge and encourage critical and imaginative thinking.

The school broadens cultural awareness and language skills through multilingual performances, language clubs, and international programs. A Spanish language offering is available among extracurriculars, and learners engage in conferences such as Arab League and OISMUN to develop cross-cultural understanding and public speaking. Major events feature performances in Arabic, French and English, reflecting multilingual practice and collaboration. The Student Council also supports culturally diverse activities that engage the school community.

Students can participate in a wide array of social and hobby activities, including sports such as swimming, tennis, chess, karate, and team games, alongside creative and media pursuits. They can join OASIS PODCAST, OASIS TV, game design, sewing, fashion design, cooking, Origami, crochet, ballet, and other workshops that foster collaboration and creativity. The program emphasizes peer interaction, teamwork, and personal interests outside core academics. The range of activities supports social development and personal interests.

Community service is a central pillar of Oasis. Since 2014, Oasis has partnered with AbuReesh Children's Hospital to support the hospital and to educate learners about children's rights, including organizing an artistic activity day and medicine collection. Since 2024, Oasis has extended Positive Discipline to other schools, assisting five partner schools across Egypt, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates to become autonomous in applying the approach.

Leadership and professional skills are developed through a Student Council, which represents learners and drives projects to improve school life. OisSpark Spark Tank helps students develop entrepreneurial, innovative and leadership abilities through mentorship, prototyping, and competitions. Participation in international conferences such as Arab League, OISMUN and African Union enhances critical thinking, negotiation, public speaking, research and teamwork.

Wellbeing and balance are fostered through Adventure Learning, which offers experiences from school camps to desert excursions and long-distance cycling to build physical and emotional resilience. The school uses Positive Discipline to teach social and emotional skills; teachers and parents receive training and weekly Classroom Meetings guide student development. Major performances and events provide creative outlets and opportunities for collaboration, contributing to a positive and balanced school life.
