Parents sign the school's payment policy as part of the admissions/registration process and settle fees through the school's finance/collection channels.

Other costs and regular optional charges
- School transport (bus): EGP 49,000 per year (separate from tuition).

- Extra / optional costs that are commonly charged separately (where applicable): extracurricular activities not included in core curriculum, some trips and camps, individual music tuition, learning-support or outside specialist therapy if required, and consumable items or optional exam entry costs; these items are typically invoiced in addition to tuition when used. The tuition figures above are published as covering the core programme of study and related curriculum materials.
Refund information
- The registration/enrolment fee is described as a one-time, non-refundable payment in the school's admissions policy. Other detailed tuition-refund conditions (for withdrawal or mid-term leave) are not set out in the admissions summary; the registration fee non-refundable rule is explicitly stated.
Fee payment options

Common accepted methods across the Kent College group include online payment links, bank transfer, cheque and credit card; the school's finance office confirms which methods are accepted for each intake. (Payment methods listed reflect the group's standard options and are consistent with the school's finance practice.)
