The International School of Egypt is a private international school offering two curricular pathways: the American Diploma and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The school serves students aged 3 to 18 and provides a continuous learning continuum from early years through high school. The Diploma Programme is a two-year course of study for students typically aged 16 to 18, with six subjects (three at Higher Level and three at Standard Level) and core components including Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and the Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) program. Students may pursue the full IB Diploma or register for individual IB courses, with decisions guided by parents, teachers, the school counsellor, and the DP Coordinator.
