The campus serves ages 3–18 and features state-of-the-art teaching and sports facilities. The Upp Hub on campus offers an extended hours programme from 3pm to 7pm for Juniors and 9:30pm for Seniors, with a wide range of co-curricular activities including sports classes, specialised academies, dance and drama. The Football Academy and Tennis Academy operate on site. A café provides a relaxing space for families between activities. Five tennis and padel courts form part of the sports facilities.
On-site sports facilities are at the heart of Uppingham Cairo. The Upp Hub hosts both a Football Academy and a Tennis Academy, with world-class coaching on campus. Five tennis and padel courts provide training and recreation for pupils and families. The Rafa Nadal Tennis Program is hosted on site in partnership with the Rafa Nadal Academy, bringing elite tennis methodologies to students. Parents can book courts for tennis, padel or squash, and there is a golf simulator on site.
Academic life emphasises inquiry, with classrooms designed to encourage pupils to speak out, to question ideas and to discuss across disciplines. The curriculum is challenging and flexible to personalise learning to suit each pupil's interests and aptitudes. Excellent exam grades pave the way for university applications, while broader understanding and adaptable skills support long-term success. Learning Support provides compassionate support for pupils with identified SEND or temporary difficulties, with a dedicated Learning Support department. EAL support is provided, with Housemasters and tutors supporting EAL pupils, and English Plus is available in the Fourth Form as an alternative to a modern language.

Uppingham Cairo is an international school for ages 3–18 located at New Giza, Cairo, as part of Uppingham School in the UK. The school offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The Senior School curriculum is broad and adaptable; Lower School (Years 7–9) covers Maths, English, Sciences, Latin, Computer Science, History, Geography, Religion, two Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Drama & Theatre Studies, Art, Design & Technology, Textiles and Sport. Upper School (Years 10–11) continues with IGCSE options alongside core subjects; Sixth Form offers A Levels, the Extended Project Qualification, and a Sixth Form Parallel Curriculum.
