Uppingham Cairo is a part of Uppingham School in the United Kingdom, founded in 1584. Uppingham Cairo will offer IGCSE, A-Levels and International Baccalaureate Diploma. Based on the values and ethos of Uppingham UK, Uppingham Cairo will integrate Egypt's history and culture with its approach to schooling. The 3-18 school will have modern teaching and sports facilities and is described as among the largest 3-18 educational projects in Egypt. Uppingham Cairo is an international school for ages 3–18 located at New Giza, Cairo, as part of Uppingham School in the UK. The school offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The Senior School curriculum is broad and adaptable; Lower School (Years 7–9) covers Maths, English, Sciences, Latin, Computer Science, History, Geography, Religion, two Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Drama & Theatre Studies, Art, Design & Technology, Textiles and Sport. Upper School (Years 10–11) continues with IGCSE options alongside core subjects; Sixth Form offers A Levels, the Extended Project Qualification, and a Sixth Form Parallel Curriculum.
