Fees

Application fees
- No separate, public non-refundable application fee amount for full-time academy admission is published in the academy's publicly available fee documentation.

Tuition fees by programme / year group (published figures)
- Apex2100 publishes programme-tiered fees rather than a standard school-grade tariff. The most recent formal published totals for full-season academy places (shown in the academy's scholarship and programme materials) are:
- U16 (full-year example): EUR 55,353 (scholarship gross total); the non-scholarship portion shown as 80% in that document equates to EUR 44,283 for the full year.
- FIS-age athletes (full-year example): EUR 61,010 (scholarship gross total); the non-scholarship portion shown as 80% equates to EUR 48,808 for the full year.
- Earlier published programme-price examples (for context) listed lower headline figures by programme tier (Development / Youth / FIS), for example: Development ~ GBP 18,000 / EUR 22,000; Youth ~ GBP 24,000 / EUR 27,000; FIS ~ GBP 35,000 / EUR 40,000 (season example in earlier prospectus materials). These older examples were published as season-level totals.

How tuition is billed and payment terms
- Full-season academy tuition is billed on a quarterly-in-advance basis. Parents are billed per quarter and payments are required in advance of the quarter.
- For short-term bookings such as camps, full payment is required at the time of booking through the online store; specific camp booking terms apply.

Boarding / room & board
- Room and board are included in the published full-season academy programme costs for in-residence athletes (academy tuition totals incorporate accommodation and meals as part of the programme package).
- For short residential camps, an option with accommodation and food is offered and is priced separately per camp (camp listings show both “with accommodation and food” and “no accommodation and food” options).

Other costs and fees (items parents should budget for)
- Compulsory academy kit and branded items are required for athletes; the academy operates an online store where academy kit and accessories are sold and identified as compulsory kit items. Budget for the academy kit cost in addition to tuition where indicated.
- Typical exclusions from published programme totals include personal ski equipment (helmets, skis, boots, poles, suits, etc.), flights, personal travel, transfers outside published transfer windows, certain race entry fees outside included race projects, educational equipment and exam entry fees. These exclusions are stated in published programme materials.
- Individual camps list inclusions (meals, accommodation for the camp period, ski pass, local transfers on designated travel days) and list exclusions (insurance, flights, personal equipment and personal costs). Each camp appears with its own price; example camp pricing appears on the store (e.g., an advertised Saas Fee camp listed at EUR 2,000 for specified dates).

Refunds and cancellation terms
- Camp bookings: the camp booking terms set out the refund schedule for camps: more than 60 days before the camp start date — full refund; 30–60 days before the camp — 50% refund; fewer than 30 days before the camp — no refund. Camps may be cancelled or modified by the academy and, where the academy cancels, participants are offered either a full refund or transfer to a future camp. Full payment is required at booking.
- Full-season academy tuition refunds: a formal, public, line-by-line tuition refund policy for full-season academy enrolments is not published in the academy materials located in the public programme and scholarship documentation reviewed; parents should expect that full-season placement terms (including billing in advance and invoice obligations) will apply and that specific refund or withdrawal terms will be stated in the enrolment or contract documents provided at offer.

Fee payment options
- The academy's online store accepts major payment cards and digital payment methods (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Shop Pay are listed). Camp bookings and store purchases are processed through the academy's online payments platform.
- For full-season tuition, invoicing and banking arrangements for academy placements are handled through the admissions and finance process; published scholarship documentation references invoicing and account-charging arrangements but does not publish a single public list of accepted payment channels for full-season invoices. Expect commercial payment channels (card or bank transfer) to be used as per the academy's enrolment/invoice instructions.
