Annual tuition fees (by school level)
- Preschool (ages 3–5): EUR 13,545 per year; per term (annual ÷ 3): EUR 4,515.
- Primary School (Kindergarten to Grade 5): EUR 18,596 per year; per term (annual ÷ 3): EUR 6,198.67.
- Middle School (Grades 6 to 9): EUR 20,496 per year; per term (annual ÷ 3): EUR 6,832.
- Secondary School (Grades 10 to 12): EUR 22,397 per year; per term (annual ÷ 3): EUR 7,465.67.
Application, registration and capital fees
- Application fee (new student): EUR 1,000 (one-time, per new student).
- Re-enrolment fee: EUR 500 per student. This fee is due by April 1st and is non-refundable.
- Capital assessment (new family): EUR 4,500 one-time per new family plus an annual contribution of EUR 500.
- Activity fee: EUR 1,350 per student (annual).
Optional school service fees and typical ancillary costs
- School uniform: purchased directly from the supplier (2C Paris); payment for uniforms can be made online via PayPal. Cost varies by items ordered.
- Hot lunch program (optional): EUR 13.50 per day; estimated annual cost (170 school days): EUR 2,295.
- School transportation (optional): Shared minivan up to 7 students — EUR 6,500 per student per year; private car service (up to 4 students) — EUR 7,200 per student per year.
- After-school program (optional): annual / per-term options shown on the fee schedule; examples listed include 1 day per week at EUR 427 per term (EUR 1,280 annual shown as three-term reference), 4 days per week at EUR 1,707 per term (EUR 5,120 annual), and 5 days per week at EUR 2,133 per term (EUR 6,400 annual).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Re-enrolment / enrolment fee: due April 1st (debited automatically if pre-authorized).
- Tuition deposit: 20% of annual tuition due July 1st; this deposit confirms enrolment.
- Remaining balance: may be paid either in 10 equal monthly instalments (payments debited from August 25th to May 25th) or in 4 instalments (payments on September 1st, December 1st, March 1st and June 1st).
- Pre-authorized debit instalments: available only to families with a French bank account (submit RIB before the school year begins).
- Payment by postdated cheques or wire transfers: accepted when pre-authorized debit is not used; the school must receive all cheques or wire transfer confirmations covering the selected payment plan no later than September 1st.
- Third-party payees (employers or others): when a third party is paying tuition and fees, full payment of annual tuition and fees is required by July 1st; a formal payment commitment may be requested and families remain ultimately responsible for payment.
Refunds and cancellation
- Tuition and fees are a full-year financial commitment once a student's enrolment is confirmed; tuition and fees are non-refundable after enrolment is confirmed. The re-enrolment/enrolment fee is non-refundable. The school may take administrative measures to recover unpaid amounts and associated recovery costs are the family's responsibility.
Boarding / homestay
- Boarding facilities are not offered. Students who require homestay and custodianship are required to use the school's recommended homestay placement agency.
Accepted payment methods (practical options)
- Pre-authorized bank debit (automated monthly/instalment debits) — available to families with a French bank account (RIB required).
- Postdated cheques (covering selected instalment plan) — must be received by the school by September 1st.
- Wire transfer (bank transfer) — accepted; confirmations for scheduled transfers must be received by September 1st for instalment plans.
- PayPal — accepted by the uniform supplier (2C Paris) for uniform purchases.

- The school operates on a three-term academic calendar (Term 1 begins in September; Term 2 begins in January; Term 3 begins in April). Per-term figures above are calculated by dividing the published annual tuition by three for presentation as a per-term approximate value.
