Billing schedule and payment terms
- The full annual tuition is invoiced at the beginning of the school year. For registrations in the second semester (from 1 February), fees are calculated pro rata (over 10 months). Reserving a place for a later date requires payment for the full school year.
- Self-payers: the total bill is collected by direct debit in seven equal instalments (October–April), each debit on the 10th of the month; a signed direct-debit mandate must be submitted via the school's billing portal. Payment by cheque or standing order is not accepted for self-payers. The invoice must be paid within 14 days of invoicing. Returned direct-debit administration fees: €25 for the first returned debit; €50 for the second.
- Company-payer / employer-invoiced accounts: invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Employer confirmations are required for mixed/self-pay arrangements.
- Reminder procedure and penalties: a payment reminder is issued after overdue payment; first reminder after 14 days with a €30 reminder fee; final reminder after another 14 days with a €60 fee. Continued non-payment may lead to legal proceedings and jeopardise registration or issuance of certificates. Late deregistration fees apply if cancellation deadlines are missed. Administration fee for cancellations or returned payments is specified.

Cancellation and re-registration rules
- All deregistrations (school, kindergarten, bus) must be made in writing. Deadlines: for cancellation before the end of the first half-year — November 30; for cancellation effective at the end of the school year — May 31. Missing these deadlines incurs a late fee of €100 per child. Re-registration after deregistration restarts the loyalty-discount counting from zero except for approved temporary interruptions under specific conditions.

Refund information
- The administration (registration) fee is non-refundable. A one-time infrastructure fee is neither pro rata nor refundable. In general each year commenced is due; in limited cases a pro rata refund may be considered (contact accounts for assessment). Canteen fees are refundable only for health-related absences of more than five days upon presentation of a medical certificate. Other refund entitlements are limited and governed by the school's general terms of payment and cancellation deadlines.

Fee payment options and bank details
- Accepted payment procedures: SEPA/direct-debit mandate (via the school billing portal) and bank transfer to the school account. Payment by cheque or standing order is not accepted for self-payers. Employer invoicing is supported for company payers. Returned direct-debit fees apply as stated above.
