Tuition fees by school years (monthly, annual and per-term amounts)

- Kindergarten (from 2 years; reduced rate on application): Monthly contribution (10 months): EUR 523. Annual (10 months): EUR 5,230. Per trimester (annual ÷ 3): EUR 1,743.33.
- Kindergarten — second child reduced monthly rate: EUR 470 (10 months) → Annual EUR 4,700 → Per trimester EUR 1,566.67.
- Years 1–12 (reduced on application): Monthly contribution (10 months): EUR 421 → Annual EUR 4,210 → Per trimester EUR 1,403.33.
- Sibling reduced monthly rates (Years 1–12): 1st child EUR 421 (see above); 2nd child EUR 337 (10 months → Annual EUR 3,370 → Per trimester EUR 1,123.33); 3rd child and further EUR 295 (10 months → Annual EUR 2,950 → Per trimester EUR 983.33).

Annual family administrative / membership fee

• A yearly administrative fee / membership contribution is charged per family: EUR 250. This fee is payable on enrolment.

Additional / optional charges and recurring extras

• Early care (Frühbetreuung) from 07:30 (age-dependent): day-based monthly options: EUR 14 per month for one day per week; EUR 70 per month for five days per week.

• Late care (Spätbetreuung) until 18:15 (pauschal, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri): Kindergarten: EUR 137 per month; Primary (Grundschule): EUR 116 per month.

• Wednesday afternoon care (Club Ameli / Club Mina) 11:45–18:00 including a packed lunch (from age 2): EUR 950 per school year.

• School canteen (kindergarten and primary; Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri): EUR 725 per school year. Secondary canteen arrangements are noted as to be decided.

Sibling discounts and fee reductions

• Sibling tariffs and a range of school-fee reductions (including an application for an “ortsbübliches Schulgeld” / local-rate classification and other reductions) are available; applications are handled by the school association and require supporting documentation. Sibling reduced monthly rates are published for Option A as shown above.

Billing schedule and payment terms

• Invoices for administrative and tuition fees fall due in one sum at the date stated on the invoice.

• On registration, self-paying families must pay a deposit of EUR 300; this deposit is credited against the invoice.

• Ratenzahlung (installment payments) can be requested in writing within 14 days of receiving the invoice; installment plans are granted at the discretion of the school association. Installments are normally arranged per trimester, with the last installment due no later than 30 June; monthly installments are possible only in exceptional cases.

• Late payment triggers a first reminder and interest/penalty charges; continued non-payment can lead to suspension of enrolment for the following school year and other legal measures. The school may withhold end-of-year certificates if fee obligations remain unpaid.

Boarding / Boarding fees

• The school has no boarding provision. Boarding fees are therefore not applicable.

Other likely costs not listed as school fees

• No separate mandatory uniform fee or uniform charge is listed in the published fees and enrolment information. School-book and materials lists exist for class groups and may lead to one-off costs for textbooks and school supplies. Cost items such as excursions, specific trips, special projects or external exam fees may apply in addition to the amounts listed above.

Refunds and pro rata charges

• The annual administrative/membership fee is non-refundable once paid.

• When a child is enrolled or withdrawn during the school year, tuition and kindergarten fees are calculated on a pro rata basis: each started month between 1 September and 30 June is charged as 1/10 of the annual fee. A pro rata refund of amounts already paid can be made on written request following deregistration.
