The school year runs from September to the end of June. The school is open 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with Baby-Club and Mini-Club on Wednesdays and during school holidays; a Summer Club operates in July. Preschool sessions run 8:45 a.m.–11:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. for most classes; Pandas and Koalas run 8:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–4:20 p.m. Primary classes run 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:45 p.m.–4:40 p.m. (CP/CE1) and 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:50 p.m. (CE2–CM2). Before/after-school care is available: Preschool 7:30–8:45 and 4:30–6:30; Primary 7:30–8:30 and after-school care until 5:20–6:00 depending on year group.
A bus service is provided to and from the school for children who live in Cagnes, Villeneuve Loubet, St Laurent du Var, Promenade des Anglais and in the centre of Nice.

The school offers a bilingual and multidisciplinary curriculum in accordance with the French and Anglophone national education systems. The program is 50% English and 50% French. It uses an individualized and active pedagogy tailored to the students' needs and based on their autonomy. Linguistic acquisition is validated by the Cambridge English diplomas. It includes gross motor skills and sport activities such as baby gym, gross motor skill development, swimming, and tennis, along with musical initiation and, from age four, piano. ICT and use of interactive whiteboards, educational field trips, and extracurricular activities (Chinese, chess club, choir in Italian, Italian, yoga, …) are part of the program.
The enrollment dossier must be completed and submitted to the Head of School along with the requested documents. After review of the dossier and an interview with the family and child, admission will be offered and the child may join the school depending on available space. For changes to address, family situation, or phone number, parents must inform us immediately and provide supporting documents. Year‑round enrollments are possible depending on space. Applications for the following school year for the youngest sections are accepted from November of the preceding year; for other levels, admissions open from January 15. In the Toute Petite Section, children can join from age two on their birthday, subject to space; due to small class sizes, early registration is advised. Primary classes: after reviewing the dossier, level assessments may be decided. Online pre-registration is available. Documents to provide for any enrollment request include: the completed enrollment form dated and signed by both parents; 2 passport photos; the family record book; the health record (vaccinations); the certificate of withdrawal and school records (for primary); bank details; proof of custody or custody arrangement; civil liability and personal injury insurance; the medical certificate of fitness to participate in sport (for primary); the full enrollment fee. The school can also provide: a FLE class (French as a Foreign Language) and an ESL class (English as a Second Language).
